Good day!
We are writing to you to respectfully request approval for the above-mentioned subject herein with the following details, to wit:
On behalf of PMRB mandate, may we respectfully request the above-mentioned to inform you our activities that we are going to undertake substantially. 1. Clearing & Preparation works for Staging Area at Bali Beach Area (1,000 cu. m); 2. Hauling and Dumping of Extracted Soil to Cabu Area for Embankment. In line with this, we are extracting a maximum volume of 1,000 cu. m soil in order to prepare for our staging and other purpose accordingly for us to move on our target program in the project in alignment to our target timeline significantly. In addition hereof, in pursuant to R.A 9475 Section 49 & 50, the application of “Gratuitous Permit” may be our possible option to waive us from any penalties since this is a “Government to Government” INFRA project basically.
