    Process Associate in Operational Risk Management (ORM)

    Role : Information Process Enabler, TCS.


    Client : CITI Bank.
    Project : ORM – Manual Control Testing (Risk Monitoring).
    Location : Chennai, India.

    Roles and Responsibilities:


    Performing risk assessment and scenario analysis of signed projects Monitoring key
    performance and key risk indicators.
    Analyzing errors and control breakdowns, determining root causes & trends, and
    implementing of remedial actions.
    Assisting business partners in reviewing risks evolving from various initiatives to ensure
    that operational risks were recognized, mitigated, reported and/or accepted.
    Attended operational meetings with management to gain an understanding of business
    processes.
    Adhering to strict time schedules for Audit results reporting
    Operating effectiveness of internal control on a monthly basis. Submit the report to the
    respective clients.
    Monitor the compliance and Regulatory requirements of entire collection process.
    Identification of Control Gaps and Communicate the same to the Risk & Control
    Coordinators. Communicating the Root Cause of the Control Gap and help the Risk &
    Control Coordinator to finalize a Corrective Action Plan.
    Follow up on identified issues and recommend corrective action plans to ensure problem
    resolution.
    Preparing our team Dash Board, Deliverable Tracker, Consolidated Sample Matrix, and
    Deliverable request tracker.
    Document minutes and follow up items from Risk Management Committee meetings
    Perform ongoing monitoring and testing of key risk deliverables (where required) – e.g.,
    callbacks, client confirmations.
    Assist with coordination of regulatory exams and creation of first day letter requests,
    tracking of deliverables and coordination of meetings as required
