My name is Atul Subhash. I am writing this suicide note in sound disposing mind. I am a 34
year old man and a resident of Bengaluru, Karnataka. I am committing suicide today due to the
explicit instigation for suicide, harrassment, extortion and corruption of individuals listed below:
1. Principal Family Court Judge, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh - Rita Kaushik (JO Code:
UP5728)
2. my wife - Nikita Singhania who works at Accenture, Delhi
3. my mother in law - Nisha Singhania R/o Jaunpur
4. my brother in law - Anurag Singhania(alias Piyush Singhania) R/o Jaunpur Phone
5. Uncle of my wife - Sushil Singhania R/o Jaunpur

Apart from this, Peshkar Madhav in the Rita Kaushik Judge court is a corrupt officer and
takes bribes from everyone everytime everyday in front of the Judge Rita Kaushik.

I would also announce my 4.5 year old innocent son - Vyom Modi as an extorter of his father
symbolically given that my little innocent son(when less than 2 years old) filed cases against
his father to get Rs 2 lakhs/month(CrPC 125 + DV) for his maintenance. 👏 Alienated Fathers
who are facing such childish but cruel demands of extortion from their small children legally
should not feel any stigma to speak out against the system which is weaponizing and
making these innocent children the extorters and killers(pitri-hanta) of their own fathers. Our
emotions and love for children can’t get defiled like this and they can’t become a tool of
money transfer(or so called social justice) scheme from a man to a woman. Every extra
unjustified hard earned rupee of a man given to a woman in these cases is going to be used
against the man and his family given that it is haram. It is bound to be misused. I AM NOT
GOING TO FUND WAR ON MY PARENTS, BROTHER AND MYSELF. ALSO I WILL
NEITHER FUND THE CORRUPTION NOR WILL I FUND YOUR EVIL NEO MARXIST
SOCIALIST AGENDA BASED ON IDENTITY POLITICS. I REJECT YOUR IDEA OF
SLAVERY AND CORRUPTION IN THE GARB OF SOCIAL JUSTICE. Good luck now in
funding your progressive(but against progress) ideology in the courts.

INDIAN PER CAPITA INCOME IS AROUND RS 15,000/month

Below are all the known cases my wife has filed against me and my family and
their status
1. Case 201/2022 -> 302(Murder), 377(Unnatural Sex), 498a, 406, 504, 506, 323, DP ¾
under IPC 156/3 - Withdrawn by my wife (In her cross examination in crpc 125, she
said she doesn’t remember filing this case 😀)
2. Case 9536/2022 -> 498a, 504, 506, 323, DP ¾ through FIR - Still Running ( Secured
high court direction to fast track it in Jan, 2024, filed it on 6th Sept, 2024 to harass me
and my family)
3. Case 108/2022 -> Divorce case under Section 13 of HMA ( withdrawn after around 6
months citing that her lawyer filed it on her behalf without her knowledge in the same
court where CrPC 125 case is going on. My wife is an MBA and Engineer working for an
Multinational Company 🙂 )

Instance 1 of Instigation for Suicide

Date: 21st March, 2024
Place: Principal Family Court Judge - Rita Kaushik Judge Cabin

Prior to my cross examination scheduled to happen after Lunch, I came to the Principal
Family Judge courtroom and was called inside the cabin of Judge Rita Kaushik by
Peshkar Madhav where my wife Nikita Singhania was already present. Below is the
conversation happened:

Judge: Ye case settle kyu nahi kar lete

Me: Ma’am, Ye log pehle 1 Crore ki demand kar rahe the, aapke interim
maintenance ke order ke baad 3 Crore ki demand kar rahe hai
Judge: Phir honge tumhare pas 3 crore. Isliye maang rahi hai
Me: Ma’am, aap petition dekhiye, inloge ne kaise kaise ilzaam lagaye hai mere
aur meri family pe. Kitne saare cases daale hai. Mujhe mere bacche se nahi milne de
rahe. Ye khud ghar chor ke gayi hai. Mujhe aur meri family ko haraas kar rahi hai.
Mujhe Bangalore se Jaunpur aana padta hai
Judge: To kya ho gaya cases daal diye to. Tumhari patni hai.
Me: Ma’am aap agar NCRB ka data dekho to lakho aadmi suicide commit kar
rahe hai False cases ki wajah se
Nikita Singhania: To tum bhi suicide kyu nahi kar lete.
Judge: (Laughs) and asks my wife to go outside
Judge: Ye cases sab jhuthey hote hai. Aisa hi hota hai. Tum apne aur apni
family ke baare me socho. Ye cases settle kar lo. Hum tumhari help karenge.
Me: Theek hai Ma’am, aap suggest karo. Lekin mere pas itne paise nahi hai
Judge: Hum adjust karayenge, mai Rs 5 lakh lungi, aur mai settle kara dungi.
Issi court me sab settle ho jayega. Bahut hi reasonable amount hai, itna paisa kamate
ho tum. Nikita bhi adjust karegi. Nahi to jeewan bhar tum aur tumhare maa baap court
kachehri ke chakkar kaat te rahenge.
Me: Ma’am mere pas itne paise nahi hai. Humare pas saare evidence hai, meri
wife ke cross examination me kitni baatey nikal ke aayi hai. Aap hamara case merit pe
suno.
Judge: theek hai, tumhara case merit par hi sunenge. Tum bahar jao.

Date: 10th April, 2024
Place: Outside Principal Family Court, Jaunpur

After opposing the Judge unilaterally ordering against me on compliance of Rajnish Vs
Neha filed on the same date without giving me the chance to file the reply, I came out of
the courtroom where my mother-in-law Nisha Singhania tried to provoke me

Nisha Singhania: (chuckling) Arey tum abhi tak suicide nahi kiye, mujhe laga aaj
tumhare suicide ki khabar aaygi, Uss din judge ko suicide karoge boley the tum.

Me: Mai mar gaya to tum logo ki party kaise chalegi

Nisha Singhania: (smiling) Tab bhi chalegi. Tumhara baap dega paise. Pati ke marne
pe sab wife ka hota hai. Tere marne ke baad tere Maa Baap bhi jaldi marenge phir.
Usme bhi bahu ka hissa hota hai. Puri zindagi tera pura khandan court ke chakkar
katega.

I kept walking frustrated and helpless and understood that I have become the very
source of all the evil. The more I work hard and become better at my work, the more I
and my family will be harassed and extorted and the whole legal system will encourage
and help my harassers. It seems that Devi Saraswati herself made my mother in law
disclose her plans and the solution of all the problems too. This incident along with
instigation to commit suicide from my wife Nikita Singhania and the face of the laughing
Judge Rita Kaushik mocking my helplessness has rendered my faith in legal system
destroyed and has prompted my action of committing suicide. Now, with me gone, there
won’t be any money and there won’t be any reason to harass my old parents and my
brother. I may have destroyed my body but it has saved everything I believe in.

OTHER INSTANCES
Apart from these incidents, Nisha, Anurag and Sushil SInghania have made multiple
threats to me and my parents over phone and in person for beating us up, killing us
and filing false cases against us.

Instances of corruption
1. Corruption in Rita Kaushik’s court starts from Rs 50. Peshkar Madhav who sits next to
her takes a minimum Rs 50 from everyone(Old, Young, Man, Woman) in front of the
Judge. It is a daily routine for the Peshkar to take money from everyone in front of the
Judge. Multiple times, Judge Rita Kaushik has seen him demanding money from me.
People like me who are AI Professionals from Bengaluru and make good money have to
pay from Rs 500 - Rs 1000 to get a next date. On every date, securing a date on
Saturday or avoiding a very short date requires begging and paying money. If my
opposite party is able to pay more than me, I will get a short date and continued
harassment. This is like a bid system, whoever pays more will get a date of their choice
except men who have to also beg for it.
2. It is a common knowledge in Jaunpur court that you can secure a favorable judgment
from Judge Rita Kaushik by paying a bribe.
3. Judge Rita Kaushik explicitly demanded Rs 5 Lakhs as bribe on 21st March, 2024
which I refused.
4. Peshkar Madhav(Ph No: 9415897864) gave his number and asked me to call around
mid 2022 promising to help me with settlement before the interim maintenance order

was to be passed. When I called him, he demanded Rs 3 lakhs promising me to have
an arrangement with Judge Rita Kaushik to secure a favorable amount in interim
maintenance order and help me with settlement too. I refused to pay.

Instances of unfair practices, bias, non-adherence of process and incompetence

of the Judge Rita Kaushik in the trial under CrPC 125

1. No action on a video conferencing application filed by me.

2. Rejection of Jurisdiction application despite satisfying all the legal points.
3. Non compliance of Rajnish vs Neha affidavit before ordering Interim maintenance.
4. No action on objection filed by me against the completely wrong submission of Rajnish
vs Neha affidavit by my wife for next 2 years.
5. No action against my wife for filing incorrect educational qualification in Rajnish vs Neha
affidavit.
6. No adverse action against my wife or my mother in law for not attending the court dates
continuously during her cross examination despite my wife herself submitting a high
court direction for fast tracking and finishing the case quickly.
7. No evidence submission before cross examination and allowing all evidence after the
cross examination. This created only 2 possibilities - either conduct cross examination
again increasing my harassment, spending more money or let the evidence not be
questioned.
8. Allowing application for Rajnish vs Neha compliance application selectively against me
on 10th April, 2024 and ordering in favor of my Wife at the very moment it was filed by
my wife and cornering my junior lawyer. The Judge didn’t even allow us the opportunity
to file a reply and thus playing loose with my career. What was the need of such a
hurry? It was done just after I refused to pay the bribe and asked her to judge my case
on merits.
9. My income was considered as before tax income. So as per the judge, my income
should include the tax I pay to the government. This should be the first in any part of the
world probably.
10. Judge wrote the cross examination herself from the 2nd date of cross examination and
manipulated the cross examination heavily in favor of my wife. The judge omitted and
manipulated multiple things I said during my cross examination.
11. The Judge has given a biased 16 page Judgment which is concrete proof of what a
Judge can do when she is bought by money. Everything that should have been against
my wife is in her favor. Any person without even a legal degree can read the judgment
and cross verify it with all the evidence, cross examination and other submissions and
can decide whether the judge is corrupt or not. According to the Judge, I should pay Rs
80,000 per month for maintenance( Rs 40,000/month maintenance + Rs
40,000/month against arrears) of a 4.5 year old child. As per her order, a 2 year old
child requires Rs 40,000 per month for maintenance at a place like Jaunpur where
the mother is working too. I fear what the maintenance will be when the child is 10 years
or 15 years of age. I reject this slavery for any father in this country where making
money is so hard. Making money in this country is equal to do farming in a
desert. INDIAN PER CAPITA INCOME IS RS 15,000/month.

12. Judge didn’t make any effort to allow me to meet my child either in court or on video call
despite multiple requests. Judge also rejected my Section 26 application for child
visitation under HMA after 2 years. Why was the case not dismissed quickly?
13. Judge allowed the case withdrawal application by my wife in divorce case where she
claims that she was unaware of the divorce case despite all her signatures on
documents and court files in the same case. Please note that my wife is a B. Tech in
computer science, MBA in finance and AI Engineering Consultant in a multinational
company Accenture.
14. Judge didn’t close the divorce case when the withdrawal application was filed in 2022
but closed it in 2024 without any cost imposed on my wife for wasting the court's time,
my money and time.
15. Judge was absent without any notification to the parties wasting time of litigants. She
doesn’t impose any cost on lawyers when they waste the time of the court.
16. Judge assumed that the transfer of money from my wife's account happened as it was
in my control. It happened when my wife shared OTP on whatsapp and over the calls.
17. Judge assumed that me and my family didn’t try to persuade my wife to come back after
she went back. Multiple rounds of talks were held between my family and relatives but
failed due to unreasonable demands of my wife and mother in law.

Magnitude of money extortion

At the beginning of the case, My wife, her mother and Sushil Singhania were demanding Rs 1
Crore for settlement. This amount rose to Rs 3 crore after the interim maintenance of Rs
20000/month since the time of order. This amount is likely to further rise after the maintenance
and arrears payment of Rs 80000/month that has been awarded for my 4.5 year old son with
increased harassment and extortion of mine and my family. I have also not seen or talked to
my child in the last 3 years despite filing multiple applications in the court and pleading with
my wife. In her petition of CrPC 125, my wife has demanded Rs 2 Lakhs/month for
maintenance of my 2 year old son and herself despite being a well educated working woman
making good money.

Level of Harassment for me and my family

1. Have filed 9 false cases to harass me and my old parents and brother including the
charges like Murder, Unnatural Sex, 498a etc
2. WIthdrew multiple cases citing reasons like unawareness of having filed those serious
cases which is ridiculous without facing any consequences.
3. So far, I and my family were expected to be available on more than 120 dates in Uttar
Pradesh by traveling from Bengaluru where I am supposed to go to attend these cases.
My Old Parents have to travel from Bihar. My Brother has to travel from Delhi. I have
personally traveled over 40 times to Jaunpur court. I only get 23 days of leaves in a
year. It is mathematically impossible to fight these cases especially when it is fast
tracked. Nothing happens on these court dates most of the time because
a. Either the Judge is absent
b. Or there is a lawyer strike going on
c. Or there is condolence
d. Or the opposite party is absent
e. Or the next date is sought by Opposite party and they get it

4. Strategic use of direction from high court to fast track the cases one by one. Please note
that the direction to fast track and finish the 498a case in 1 year was filed in the court
after 8 months in order to harass me perpetually.

Other Illegal acts of my wife

1. False signature in 498a FIR application. As per cross examination in CrPC 125, she
was not even in the town on that date.
2. False information of her education qualification on affidavit in CrPC 125.
3. My wife, my mother in law verbally and physically abused and attacked my mother on
26th Sept, 2021 . We managed to file a NCR too at Marathahalli Police Station.

Instances of harassment by my wife, mother in law and brother in law

1. My wife and my mother in law had often harassed me and my family by demanding 6
dresses/sarees and 1 full gold set(Rs 10 lakh worth) for every small pooja/occasion.
Nothing we gave was good enough. I had been taking care of my son, doing the dishes,
cleaning the house and other chores while managing the work. My wife at that time was
jobless(because she was fired) and used to watch movies, talking to her mother,
scheming new ways to torment me and my family.
2. My wife, mother in law and my brother in law kept pressuring me to give them money
since early 2020. I sent Rs 3 lakhs on 31st May, 2020 after my wife threatened to leave
if I didn’t lend the money to my mother in law. Around 15 Lakhs were demanded in
March, 2021. I sent Rs 9 Lakhs in March, 2021. I sent another 4 Lakhs on 17th April,
2021. When I got to know that instead of buying the inventory for the business, they are
planning to use the money to buy a house worth Rs 1 crore, I asked them to return the
money. They demanded Rs 50 Lakhs more and that my wife’s salary should be used to
set off the money I have lent which I strongly objected to. After this, my wife called her
mother here in Bengaluru at the peak of corona, which I again objected to.
3. It became a routine to put pressure on me to give more money by my wife and mother in
law after my mother in law came here to Bengaluru in my house. Additional demands
included investing in the idea of Cloud Kitchen by my brother in law and keeping him
here at my house which I was not agreeing to. Apart from this, they pressured me to buy
land in Jaunpur which I refused. They also pressured me to take their disputed property
in lieu of Rs 30 lakhs that I refused.
4. Child Alienation: After agreeing to return my money, my wife stopped letting me have
any contact with my child and explicitly messaged me that they won’t let me see my
child. It has been more than 3 years since I have seen my child. I have been sending
money orders for my child but they got returned because my wife had moved to
Lucknow.
5. After going back, they(my wife, mother in law, brother in law and uncle of my wife)
initiated a full scale smear campaign among my relatives where they falsely claimed that
I have epilepsy and I used to beat my wife in front of everyone and my wife is a
vegetarian(she lied about this before our marriage) and I made her eat non veg. Also
they demanded Rs 1 crore and threatened us with dire consequences like legal cases
and harassment apart from threatening to break our bones if I ever tried to meet my
son.
6. My wife, mother in law, my wifes' friend - Rohit Nigam(was working in Societe Generale)
and one of my wifes’ female friend came unannounced to take their rest of the

stuff(clothes, makeup etc) on 25th Sept, 2024 and in my absence , put a lock outside
my house. Police station and Room owner called and I told them that I will come back.
After I came back, I called the police and then the police directed me to give back her
things. My wife, mother in law and her 2 friends created ruckus in the house, started
verbally and physically harassing my mother on 26th Sept, 2024. I called Police and
they instructed me to hand over the things the next day in the police presence. In the
presence of Police the next day, all things were handed over. Police only registered the
NCR but not the FIR after we refused to budge from the front of the police station.
7. My brother in law also kept on messaging me to harass me while the cases were going
on.
8. After a few months of leaving my house, they had harassed me and my parents over the
phone, making unreasonable demands like publicly apologizing in front of all their
relatives etc. When we demanded our money back, they returned it but stopped all
contact with my son.

Greed has no boundaries

I met my wife from Shaadi.com and got married in 2019. My wife left the house in May, 2021
from Bengaluru on her own accord(I have submitted whatsapp chat as evidence) with all the
jewelry including my gold rings except one I had on me. She left because of below reasons:
1. I transferred over Rs 15 lakhs for business purposes(buying inventory off-season at a
cheaper rate for my mother in law’s business). They unilaterally decided to use it to buy
a house worth Rs 1 Crore. I objected to it and asked to return the money. After returning
Rs 1.5 Lakhs on 25th April, 2021, they started putting pressure and started harassing
me. They demanded Rs 50,000 for emergency payment to their vendor, I
transferred Rs 49,000 on 13th May, 2021. My mother in law was insisting on settling
the loan I gave to her with the salary my wife is going to get. I was also not ready with
this arrangement. (My court files and family will have proof)
2. I was not ready to give more money(additional 50 lakhs) to her mother - Nisha
Singhania and brother - Anurag alias Piyush Singhania for buying the house and asked
them to return the money they took from me . By the day she left my house, I had
transferred over 15 lakhs to her mother and brother and had about 20 lakhs in my
wife’s name. All proofs have been submitted. (My court files and family will have proof)
3. My mother in law and my wife wanted to station Anurag alias Piyush Singhania(my
brother in law) here at my Bengaluru residence and invest in his idea of opening a
business of Cloud Kitchen. I was strongly against it.

4. My wife created a drama of covid infection to get her mother Nisha Singhania here at
Bengaluru home at the peak of 2nd wave of corona. Her covid and chest scan report
came out negative. Her doctor cousin suggested over a dozen medicines as a
precaution that took me about a week to collect from over a dozen pharmacies but my
wife didn’t take those medicines for straight 6 days leading to 16th May fight after which
my wife and mother in law took my son, jewelry and as many things as they can take on
the flight despite me pleading to not put my son’s life in danger while traveling in corona.

Evidence Submitted
1. Whatsapp chat where my wife messaged me that She is going back to Jaunpur for now
within 12 hours of her flight.
2. Whatsapp chat where my wife messaged me that she will not allow Video Calling with
my child

3. Bank Statements of transfer of money to my mother in law and brother in law
4. Bank Statements of transfer of money to my wife’s account
5. Whatsapp chat showing OTP shared with my wife to transfer back the money.
6. Flight tickets showing that my wife only remained at my Father’s house at Bihar only for
2 days.
7. NCR Copy filed against my wife, mother in law and 2 friends of my wife
8. MBA passing certificate of my wife.(she lied on oath in her RnV affidavit)
9. Joining letter of my wife in Accenture.
10. Picture of the lock outside my house my wife, my mother in law and 2 friends of my wife
put in my absence.
11. Peak corona statistics when she left my house with my 1.2 year old son. etc etc

Potential Options for me as per my understanding

1. Keep fighting the cases with all the evidence honestly but a corrupt Judge is going to
favor the opponent by harassing me and my family, manipulating the cross examination
and giving a judgment by twisting every fact of the case against you.
2. My wife will keep my child alienated and will keep filing more cases to harrass me, my
old parents and brother using the very money I give her as maintenance. Instead of
using the money paid by me for maintenance of my child, it is being weaponized against
me, my old parents and my brother.
3. Or as suggested by my Wife - NIkita Singhania, my Mother in law - Nisha Singhania,
and the laughing Judge Rita Kaushik on instigation that I should commit suicide. This
suicide is going to stop the supply of money to my enemies and corrupt legal system. It
will also stop the taxes I pay which is going to be utilized to pass more laws against
more fathers, men and their families.

I choose to commit suicide today that seems to be the best option. This will satisfy my
wife and mother in law while stopping the funds to wage war on my family and me. It will also
expose the corruption of the Judge and madness of this legal system against me and my old
parents and brother.

Other allegations on me and my family without any evidence

1. Me, my brother, father and mother had beaten up my wife just after our marriage for
dowry or Rs 10 lakhs. Please note that she only stayed at my father’s house for only 2
days after my marriage before coming to Bengaluru with me. My wife has also
confessed that she only met my brother and father for those 2 days. My father also
attended her father’s funeral for 2 days in addition to those 2 days.
2. I used to beat her up black and blue after getting drunk. A well built man like me, if
decides to beat someone black and blue, would leave a person with broken bones,
bleeding and at least some marks. Why did she not produce any photo of it or anyone
who is a witness.( we often had a house maid, cook etc)
3. We demanded Rs 10 lakh dowry is the most laughable allegation. My wife has claimed
that I had a CTC of Rs 40 lakhs when she left the house. My wife also claimed that I
have a CTC of Rs 80 Lakhs later in the case. Why would a man making Rs 40 or 80
lakhs would ever demand Rs 10 lakhs and leave his wife and child?
4. Me and my family murdered her father by asking for dowry of Rs 10 lakhs and her
father got a heart attack. This is some poor bollywood plot. She has already confessed

that her father was suffering from long term illness in her cross examination. Her father
was getting treated from AIIMS for the last 10 years for heart disease, diabetes etc.
Doctors gave him few months and hence we got married quickly after just a few months
after getting connected by shaadi.com
5. I used to do unnatural sex with her is another laughable allegation. She knows what our
sexual dynamics were. Since all of my bedroom things should not be told publicly and
seems very wrong, but for the legal context, she has put these allegations without any
proof. If she can prove anything that I have done that is unnatural, please consider this
entire suicide note as false.
6. I used to deprive her of all the medical needs and food is another allegation. I have
submitted the bills of over 2 lakhs that I have spent for best medical care at the best
maternity hospital of Bengaluru and I guess, the food and grocery bills will prove that
probably if this much is not enough, then may be I had not married a human 🙂
7. They also alleged that I have sexual relationships with 3-4 women without any shred of
evidence.
8. Another allegation was that I had thrown her out of the house. The Whatsapp message I
have submitted proves that she left on her own accord and I have also submitted flight
and cab tickets I have not just booked for her but also her mother.

i. Judge concluding things out of thin air. Even though multiple rounds of meetings
happened socially but failed due to escalations of my wife and her mother and
their unrealistic demands of money. So the judge thinks that my wife filed
divorce case by mistake and it is me who didn’t try to bring her back. And
why is only a man supposed to try? Judge seems to also suggest the kind
gesture of my wife for not filing the cases immediately after we filed NCR in
Bengaluru.

2. Is corruption a daily affair in Jaunpur Principal Family Court Judge Court? Is corruption
in this court a norm or an exception? (I repeat again) Everyone without exception pays
bribes every day in Rita Kaushik’s courtroom in front of her. If still our legal system can’t
do anything, please shut down these courts and stop wasting the taxpayer’s money,
time and energy of litigants.
3. Should marrying a dying man’s daughter lead to a murder case(IPC 302) on a man and
his old parents after 2.5 years of death? What actions were taken when she confessed
that her father died after long term illnesses in her cross. What does it say about a
woman who uses her father’s death to extort her husband?
4. How can a sexless marriage lead to an IPC 377(unnatural sex) case on a man? Are
such women even worth a shred of respect? Can these criminal women be allowed to
roam freely in the society? Below is my wife sending me an article from her home(she
was at Jaunpur for Holi) highlighting our sexless marriage.

5. Can a man’s income before tax be even considered as his income? Can we allow a
judge to decide maintenance money who can’t understand a one page Income Tax
return document and considers income before tax as the income of the husband? Are
these judges competent?
6. Has my wife done perjury on oath? Has she filed wrong education details in the RnV
affidavit? Has someone else put her signature on 498a FIR application? Is not taking
any action not emboldened her to file more false cases? Has she left the house on her
own accord? Below is a whatsapp message a few hours before leaving the house. Has
she lied that she was thrown out of the house after being beaten up? Or she left with her
mother because of failed extortion attempts?

7. How can a father be disallowed to meet and talk to his own son? Why should
grandparents not be allowed to meet and talk to their grandson? Are these criminal
women even fit to be a mother? What are the values these women can impart to their
children?

8. Has my family taken any dowry or demanded any dowry? Is there a single shred of
evidence? Why should these criminal women not face jail time for filing false cases?
Why is a man demanding dowry continuously transferring money to his Mother in law’s
and Brother in law’s accounts?
9. How are well built men like me alleged to have beaten our wives’ black and blue after
getting drunk everyday in the petition but there are no broken bones, no broken teeth,
no blood and not even a scratch on these women?
10. How can a judge allow explicit instigation of suicide in her chamber? And by laughing,
does she condone such instigation of suicide? Was the judge on the payroll of my wife
and mother in law? How much money the judge has got from my wife and mother in law
to award Rs 40,000/month for the maintenance of a 2 year old child and such a
favorable 16 page judgment that reeks of corruption? Has Rita Kaushik and Peshkar
demanded bribes from me twice directly? On what basis the Jurisdiction application was
rejected? Was there some Lakshmi Pujan that happened between my wife and the
judge just like Ex CJI Chandrachud does at his home with the big litigants of the
country.
11. Is the intent of the law to provide genuine maintenance for the child or wealth transfer
to wife from husband? Is Rs 40000/month to a child of 2 years justified? Have judges
forgotten that it is not their money?
12. Why is my father and brother even involved in these cases when they have met
my wife for 2 days after marriage? What kind of cruel joke is this on a man and
his family?
13. Should a man put up with the greed of a Brother in law and Mother in law? What part of
Hindu tradition and law makes a man liable to comply with the greed of wives’ family?
Please note they wanted money to buy a 1 crore property with my money.
14. Has my wife not wasted taxpayers money by filing multiple false cases and taking them
back without any repercussions? Why should I put up with these cases? The majority of
the taxes are paid by men, are we paying it to harass men and their families?
15. Can a 2 year old son file a maintenance case against his father for 2 lakh
rupees/month? Why does a 2 year old child need Rs 40000/month just for
maintenance? Will a 2 year old child eat that kind of money? Is this money even used
for my son or filing more false cases on me and my family? Has our legal system got
some kind of Robinhood syndrome? Or is it some form of altruism with other people's
money? Or is it some kind of looking good syndrome? Is a man supposed to fund a war
on himself?
16. Why are regular bails not granted in Jaunpur Courts in 498a cases to the husband? Is
there a separate IPC and CrPC for Jaunpur that we all are not aware of? How many
husbands get regular bail vs interim bail at Jaunpur courts for 498a+package? Why is
this different from other states? Are Jaunpur courts living in some cave where
continuous judgements of Supreme and High courts about 498a misuse are not
reaching?
17. Why should corrupt judges not get capital punishment who enjoy a cushy life on
taxpayer’s money and are allowed to misuse the whole power of the state entrusted to
them by the people?
18. Why does no work happen when you attend the court dates? Why should society pay
such huge salaries and benefits to judges who don’t work ?
19. Is the frequency of court dates across so many cases against a husband justified? Isn’t
it against the right to life, liberty and making a livelihood for a man?

20. Have mediations become a way to extort and harass husbands? Why should a husband
pay Rs 50,000 to wife for court mandated mediation visits from Jaunpur to Allahabad(2
hour bus journey) when 3 mediation cycles have already failed in the past? Are men
supposed to pay toll taxes for even getting a case heard in high courts now? Why are
high courts not hearing cases on merit directly? Kya ped pe paise ugg rahe hai?
21. Are family courts saving or destroying families? Why should society fund the family
court system who are acting against society? Are we funding family courts to create a
fatherless society like the West? What steps the courts took to make a father meet his
child? Are courts this weak in front of these unscrupulous women? Why should we not
shut down these courts if they can't handle these unscrupulous women?
22. Can this poor country afford such expensive impractical morals our courts are shoving
down our throats?
23. Why does a wife who is not living with her husband deserve anything beyond basic
sustenance while cases are going on? Why does a woman deserve the same standard
of living of a man who is making money based on his own talent, merit and hard work?
Why not a lesser standard of living? What is the basis of this bullshit? Does a wife living
with a husband for just 1 day also deserve the same standard of living? Have you guys
gone crazy? Are you inventing ways to fleece men? What gives you the right? Who
pays for the lifestyle after husband commits suicide?
24. Have men become a sacrificial animal now to make these judges look good in the
media or is it about doing activism in courts? Are taxpayers paying taxes for judges to
do activism in courts?
25. How stupid do courts think men are?

I can not write everything that has happened to me and my family but I am also posting video
about my suicide and reasons at a high level. The documents and evidence submitted in the
court is also a testament of what is being done to us.

I refuse to get harrassed and extorted by the legal system, my wife, my mother in law, my
brother in law and uncle of my wife. I have come to the conclusion that till I will keep on working
hard and creating values, me and my family will be extorted. I never ever thought that my
competence would be used against me. The more money I will make, the more I will fight and
the corrupt legal system and my harassers will keep on getting rewarded.

It took me a few months to make sure that I complete my pending responsibilities I had towards
my family and finish my work commitments etc. Also a lot of government office work is slow,
that also led to this delay in suicide. I hope this delay will not go against me and will not help
harassers and extorters of me and my family.

Please note that in the recorded youtube Video I have mistakenly recorded the wrong date for
2nd data of instigation of suicide. The date in the suicide note is the right date. I request you to
ignore this mistake in the recorded video. Multiple documentary evidence will prove my
presence in Jaunpur that day.

To my son - Vyom, I would like to say a few things. I hope he becomes wise enough to
understand it someday:

Son - When I first saw you, I thought that I could give my life for you anyday. But, sadly, I am
giving my life because of you. I don’t even remember your face now till I see pictures of you
when you were 1 year old. I don’t feel anything about you now except a tinge of pain
sometimes. Now, You just feel like a blackmail using which I will be extorted more and more.
Though it would hurt you, the truth is that now you feel like a mistake I made. It is just sad that
this shameless system can make a child a burden and liability to his father. I have met a lot of
alienated fathers, most of them speak of similar feelings when they are being honest. Few
emotional ones die everyday(figuratively) trying desperately to be a part of their childrens’ lives.
The system wants to do this to every father. I am not going to do it. Till I am alive and make
money, they will use you as a tool to harass your grandparents, uncle and me to extort more
and more money from me. I can’t let all this harass my father, mother and brother
unnecessarily. Not even for you. I can sacrifice 100 sons like you for my father. I can sacrifice a
1000 of me for you. But I will not be the reason for the harassment of my father. I doubt that you
will ever understand what a father is. But I know exactly what a father is. He is a privilege to
have. He is my ultimate pride. He is the one I would always try to be. He is the one who a son
wants to challenge. He is the one who a son wants to make proud. A father son relationship
can’t be written and even probably understood. But it is pointless to explain now. You will not
know me. I wish I could have been with you. I wanted to pass on so much I understood, learnt
and knew.

Your inheritance was not money but the values, love, violence, sacrifice, culture, history,
intellect, knowledge, rationality, irrationality, work ethic, family, friends, individual sovereignty,
freedom, creation, destruction, will, vigor and spirit of a very lucky and fully loved man that was
to be passed to his son and what is so very rare. In the last 3 years, I have tried to understand
the changes happening in the world. I used to think that women empowerment is probably good
and benign like most of the educated men. But It is not so. This movement has gone rogue.
This idiotic thing is not going to stop at anything before destroying everything of value and it
must end. Some old privileged elitist uncles and aunties might try to weaponise the existing
systems to make a wife equal to god and husband a slave in marriage to fulfill their so-called
stupid progressive agenda, that is not how it is and never will be. Those poor men who buy this
idiotic philosophy might survive longer but they become slaves who neither feel peace nor live
like free men. Some feminists say that marriage is a tool of patriarchy to enslave women. I don’t
know if it is true, but I surely know that it can never become a successful tool to enslave men. It
won’t work. All man made and derived systems that have experimented and dared to wage war
on man and his blood are going to end one way or the other eventually. Afterall, What has
survived in this known universe that has threatened this apex predator and his blood? Men
wisely created so many systems like God, religion, morals, laws, society, marriage etc to stop
themselves from acquiring that feared persona of a destructor which allows prosperity to
flourish, but everything evil born in this bubble shall get destroyed for a new phase of creation
to start. It is just a matter of time, all these unjust but seemingly good intentions will lead
everyone to hell. Oops, sorry for going on this tangent, I hope you don’t have to find this
extreme of your being but don’t hesitate if it is indeed necessary, my son! It exists in you for a
reason and has its utility. I am able to kill my body because of this great, pure, passionate and
purposeful violence that resides in every man. The only thing that matters is the purpose you
use it for.

Now with me gone, there will not be any money to loot and I hope that they might start to look
at the facts of the cases. Someday, you shall know the real face of your mother and her greedy
family. I pray that they don’t devour you and your soul. I often laugh when I remember that I
started saving money(inflation adjusted 🙂 ) for a car when you go to college. Silly me.
Remember this always that You don’t owe anything to anyone. Don’t trust society. Don’t trust
the system. Both - society and system wants to feed off of you. If my blood wins in you, you

shall live, love and fight with all your heart and craft beautiful things & destroy problems with
your mind. May you live a life with the confidence & pride I lived with. May you not turn out to
be a socialist or communist leech which is the highest form of corruption i.e. corruption of soul.

My last wishes
1. All my case hearings should happen live and people of this country should know about
my case and learn the terrible state of the legal system and misuse of law these women
are doing.
2. Please allow this suicide note and videos I have uploaded as my statement and
evidence.
3. Rita Kaushik is a Judges in Uttar Pradesh. I fear that she might tamper the documents,
put pressure on witnesses and can adversely affect other cases. Based on my
experience, the Bengaluru courts are relatively more law abiding than UP courts too. I
request to run the cases in Karnataka in the interest of Justice and keep her in Judicial
and Police Custody in Bengaluru till the trial goes on. Below is the judgment on why
Justice is also seen to be done. I hope that it also applies to men.

4. Give custody of my child to my parents who can raise him with better values.
5. Don’t let my wife or her family come near my dead body.
6. Don’t do my “Asthi Visarjan” till my harassers get punished. If the court decides that the
corrupt judge and my wife and other harassers are not guilty, then pour my ashes into
some gutter outside the court.
7. Give maximum punishment to my harassers though I don’t trust our legal system too
much. If people like my wife are not put behind Jail, they would be more emboldened
and will put more false cases on other sons of society in future.
8. To wake up the judiciary and urge them to stop harassment of my parents and my
brother in false cases.
9. There shall be no negotiations, settlements and mediations with these evil people and
the culprits must be punished.
10. My wife(Knife) should not be allowed to withdraw cases to escape punishment unless
she explicitly accepts that she has filed false cases.
11. I predict that my wife will now start bringing my child to court to gain sympathy which
she didn’t do before to make sure that I can’t meet my child. I request the court to not
allow this drama.
12. Maybe my old parents should formally ask for euthanasia from the courts if the
harassment and extortion continues. Let's formally kill the parents along with husbands
in this country and create a black era in the history of the judiciary. Narratives wont be
controlled by the system anymore. Times have changed.
