[1] A Long and Healthy Life

Easy:

a) What do you do to stay healthy?

- To stay healthy, I eat fruits and vegetables, exercise, and make sure to get
enough sleep every night. Avoiding junk food and sugary drinks also helps.

b) Can you name three things that are good for your health?

- Three things that are good for your health are regular exercise, eating a
balanced diet, and drinking enough water. These habits keep you energetic
and help you focus better in school.

c) Why is exercise important?

- Exercise is important because it keeps you fit, strengthens your muscles


and bones, and helps reduce stress. It also improves your mood and energy
levels, making it easier for you to handle school and social activities.

a) How can teenagers maintain a healthy lifestyle?

- Teenagers can maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious meals,


staying active, and sleeping well. Managing stress through hobbies or talking
to friends are also important..

active.

b) What advice would you give to someone who wants to live longer?

- To live a longer, healthier life, I would advise maintaining a balanced diet,


regular exercise, and avoiding harmful habits like staying up late or drinking
coffee at night. Staying connected with friends and family is also crucial for
mental health.

- If I could change one habit to improve my health, it would be reducing


screen time before bed. This would help me sleep better and feel more
