mentally if we break the vacation allowance into several mini-breaks journeys. We
will have more time to relax, enjoy the life, which helps us escape ourselves from
work pressure. Moreover, the pressure of work is daily built up, so having many
short vacations helps employees recharge our batteries to prepare for the next task

Second, if we have many shorter holidays, we can have a lot of experiences and
learn many things you have never known. When having a lot of vacation in a
short period of time, we can travel new destinations and learn many things in there
such as how to use the new public transportation system, how to communication
with local people by a new language or how to use eating utensils.
Finally, we could change the habits in the negative way if we have a long
vacation. Spending a long period of time can negatively mess up our habits. We
tend to stay up too late, eat many strange foods and so on. It’s so hard to us
when go back to daily life. Moreover, our works will be neglected for a long time.
Let me tell you about my story. Last year, I had a vacation with my best friend
lasting a month. Because we spent a lot of time on enjoying this holiday, we took a
few days to concentrate on works after that, and waking up early was a nightmare
for us. As a result, our work productivity and performance were extremely

In the modern age of technology, there is no doubt to say that internet brings people a wide
range of benefits and it also has much information. However, I strongly believe that books are
still a source of information based on the fact that the information on Internet is unreliable
and unsupported. The following essay will explain these points in more detail.

To begin with, it is undeniable that the information and data which users often find on the
Internets is unreliable. Specifically, as anyone with access to the Internet could easily have
own blogs, or anyone who has a camera could become a star, an influencer. As a result, they
could lead to consequences of misunderstanding due to wrong, untrue and exaggerated
messages they gave on Internet for bad purpose. For example, my brother is a TikToker.
Because of not having a fully social cognition, he posted much biased information which is
untrue on his channel. Consequently, he was criticized so much by many internet users.

Secondly, Internet users usually obtain a huge amount of information without basis. Clearly,
when anyone want to publish a book, they have to meet standard requirements to guarantee
its reliable and truth. On the other hand, Internet allows all people release any information
without any evidence. Consequently, Information users on Internet would easily obtain untrue
information and use it for their life. Take my experience as an example, when I studied at
university, I must finish my thesis. Therefore, I had to have as much information as possible. I
chose the internet to look for information related to my field. Surprisingly, seventy percent of
information I obtained is untrue and unsupported. As a result, my thesis was underestimated
by my teacher.

All in all, despite many benefits that users obtain, Internet is still a controversial concern to be
a source of information because of a wide amount of untrue and groundless information.
Therefore, I think all users should select carefully the information they obtain on it.

Nowadays, mangers have struggled in teamwork due to the lack of many essential
characteristics. To the best of my knowledge, I firmly believe that having a broad
knowledge and communication skill are two leading traits that managers should
possess. The following essay will explain these points in more detail.
To begin with, there is no doubt to say that in order to manage a team effectively,
manager have to own a broad knowledge and intensive experience. Specifically,
each group would be in charge of particular field in the company such as
Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, to name but a few. Therefore, it would
easily operate the team if the managers have a depth knowledge related to their
field which they are responsible for. Take my experience as an example, I’m
currently a Head of Marketing. Last month, my team was assigned up for a new
advertising campaign. Due to having specialized knowledge regarding how to
launch a promotion campaign, or how to know customer insights about their
company products, I presented my ideas and initiatives for my group and made use
of my knowledge to launch this campaign. As a result, we are appreciated by
Director due to succeeding this campaign and breaking the sale records in many
months.
More importantly, interpersonal skill is one of the crucial traits for managers.
More specifically, there is no way that all subordinates comprehend all ideas,
presentations which managers give unless managers have excellent communication
skills. In other words, the more particularly we can say, the more clearly staffs can
understand. For example, my brother is an operation manager. Despite a wide
range of exciting ideas, he can not present fully content which all employees need
to understand. Therefore, he entered a communication class and tried a lot day by
day. As a result, after a few months, he can convey his ideas more clearly and
effectively.
All in all, there are tremendous traits that a good boss should possess. From my
point of view, having specialized knowledge, experience and communication skills
are the most vital characteristics for managers. However, choosing the most
important traits to discuss also depends on each person’s opinions and preferences.
