THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN JUDICIAL
REGION IV-A

SUBJECT SIDE EVENT ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE

OF THE REGIONAL COURT MANAGER FOR REGION IV-
B ON DECEMBER 11, 2024 IN TAGAYTAY CITY, CAVITE

By virtue of En Bane Resolution dated February 27, 2024 in A.M. No.

24-02-18-SC (Re: Proposed Creation and Pilot Implementation of the Offices of
the Regional Court Managers as a Key Area of Focus in the Modernization of
the Office of the Court Administrator), to date, six pilot sites have Officesof the
Regional Court Managers (ORCMs), and soon, an ORCM in the Fourth
Judicial Region IV-A will also be established.

In order to introduce the judges and court personnel of Region IV-Ato

the background and concept of the ORCM,as well as gather feedback on the
process that will be assigned, a caravan thereon will be conducted by the
Supreme Court Planning and Development Office, in coordination with the
Office of the Court Administrator. An ORCMinformation dissemination and
recruitment drive will be held on December 11, 2024 (Wednesday), from 8:30
a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in Taal Vista Hotel, Tagaytay City, Cavite.

As such and based on the results of the survey earlier conducted for
the purpose, Judges and court personnel listed in Table I are authorized to
physically attend the caravan. On the other hand, the judges and court
personnel listed in Table II are also authorized to virtually attend the said
activity on the same date and time.

Attendance is MANDATORY and shall be ON OFFICIAL TIME.

dissemination and recruitment drive may be addressed to the Office of the
Court Administrator Raul B. Villanueva through oca.sc@judiciary.gov.ph.
