can also help prevent diseases like

presure and etc. The EXERCISE can
reduce anxiety and stress and I
LEARNED also to disipline my body.
Exercise makes me happy. It makes me
feel confident. It makes me feel that
absolutely anything is possible as long
as I set my mind to it. It gives me
energy, it calms my mind, and it's
almost meditative in a sense
