Documentation
o System requirements table in manuals omit Mac OSX 10.7 support. Image Lab 4.1 has
been has been validated and tested for bot Mac OSX 10.7 and 10.6
o Bitmap for Normalization Tools is incorrect and includes an extra button.
ChemiDoc MP
o You are only allowed to create, edit, or delete custom applications from a single channel
protocol
All devices
o If the device is not recognized by Image Lab, then close Image Lab, restart the device,
and wait for the operating system to recognize the device. Then restart Image Lab

o The two different models of the white light conversion screen are interchangeable. The
illustration and part number in Image Lab 4.0 may not exactly match the model of the
white light conversion screen you have
Quantity One
o If you install Quantity One after you install Image Lab, do not select the Gel Doc XR
Drivers and ChemiDoc XRS/VersaDoc Drivers in the Select Features dialog box of the
Quantity One installer (Windows only)
o If you want to use a USB ChemiDoc XRS+ with Quantity One, you must also install
Image Lab so that the correct driver is installed (Windows only). For the Macintosh you
must install the driver located in the ‘Q1 USB ChemiDoc XRS’ folder (Macintosh only)
