❖ ICT MACRO x HYDRA

❖Definition
A Macro is a short list of directives that the algorithm will
start to run to seek liquidity or inefficiencies.
• They are very specific periods of time, usually 20

minutes. The algorithm uses them to begin a run on
liquidity.
• A Macro is the beginning of a spooling event. These
macros can be thought of as Kill-zones inside Kill-
zones.
• They offer a strong confluence for entries, and
although price doesn't have to reach target during a
macro they usually offer speed.
• Macros are not going to give you direction, they
have to be used in line with your analysis, they're
not a standalone concept.

MACRO TIMES??
➢ What times does the market run algorithmically?
There's a Macro every hour from 10 mins before the top of the hour to 10 mins
after. (XX:50 to XX:10)
The Final Hour Macro from 3 to 4pm has four specific macros.
ICT Macros (NY Time): Hydra Macros (NY Time)
AM Macros Manipulation Macro (Change in

7:50-8:10am trend)
8:50-9:10am 8:20-8:40 am
9:50-10:10am 9:20-9:40 am (High Probability)
10:50-11:10am 10:20-10:40 am
11:50-12:10pm 11:20-11:40 am
PM Macros PM MACRO's
1:20-1:40pm 12:20 pm -12:40 pm
2:50-3:10pm 1:20 pm -1:40 pm (Lunch Macro-High

Probability)
3:15-3:45pm

A High probability Macro forms inside “Silver Bullet" zones
There are 3 silver bullet zones (NY Time)
1)8:00-9:00 am
2)10:00-11:00 am
3)2:00-3:00 pm
*We will not be looking at this 1-hour period randomly but in Specific
time zones inside "Silver Bullet". The specific time periods are -
i) 8:20-8:40 am
ii) 8:50-9:10 am
iii) 10:20-10:40 am
iv) 10:50-11:10 am
v) 2:20-2:40 pm
vi) 2:50-3:10 pm
❖ Mostly I only use macro During the Silver Bullet times and its work on
forex/futures and others, but I don’t have experience with crypto
currency. Do your own research before use macro on crypto.

• BSL/SSL Raid
(It can be form of: Previous Weekly High/Low, Previous Day High/Low, Session
High/Low, Equal Highs/Lows)
• HTF PD Array
(Rejection Block, Order Block, Mitigation Block, Fair Value Gaps, Breaker,
Liquidity Void)
• Gaps
(New Week Open Gap, New Day Open Gap, Volume Gaps)

Session you must have to Pay attention for Market opening time.
