company’s founder and CEO. At 17, Ritesh Agarwal's journey as an entrepreneur began when he dropped out of college to launch his first startup, making him the world’s youngest entrepreneur. Ritesh believed that the hotels in India could not satisfy the needs of travelers on a budget; this opinion prompted him to start Oravel Stays, his first business venture, in 2012. He later made some adjustments and a relaunch, where Oravel became OYO (On Your Own). The company turned out to be very successful, with a 68% Market Share and a market capitalization of around $46.363 billion.
