After installing “Install AT91-ISP v1.13.exe” and “Setup_JLinkARM_V426a.

exe” first of all you should


mount the ERS jumper and plug your device to PC by USB cable, at least for 1 minute to erase the Flash
ROM of At91SAM7s64, and then unplug it from PC and remove ERS jumper and mount TST jumper and
again plug it to PC and wait for a minute to write SAM-BA bootloader to Flash ROM. After these works
unplug device from PC and remove all jumpers and plug the device again and here PC should found a
device and its driver were added before when you installed “Install AT91-ISP v1.13.exe”. Now run “SAM-
PROG v2.4” and write “jlink-v8.bin” into your device. Now your J-Link is ready to use (unplug it and plug
it for one more time).
