understanding, it is a fundamental aspect of human nature.
To be honest, studying law has always been a compelling aspiration for me right from
my secondary school days, being driven by a blend of intellectual curiosity,a passion for justice
and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the society,I decided to study law. So also, I had
this passion for the profession and I like to argue a lot till I am right. Also ,how the framework of
rules and regulations govern our daily lives fascinates me, so I am eager to delve into the
complexities of how laws are created, interpreted and enforced.u
One of the primary reasons I want to study law is because lawyers tends to be a kind of
problem solver In the way they use critical thinking and their analytical skills to solve cases
without flaws. I am drawn to the rigorous training in logical reasoning and the ability to analyze
complex information, which are essential tools for constructing a compelling argument and are
also crucial for a successful legal career and success in businesses, politics and journalism. The
challenge of dissecting complex legal issues and presenting it clear with persuasive argument
excites me.
Furthermore, I am captivated by diverse career opportunities that a law degree offers,
while I am interested in the idea of becoming a practicing lawyer and to also have the potential to
become to occupy influential positions in government or international organizations aligns with
my career aspirations. Additionally, my passion for justice and advocacy plays a significant role
in my decision to study law. I am deeply committed to upholding rights and ensuring justice,
particularly for those who cannot advocate for themselves. But, on a personal level, studying law
in the first and best citadel of learning in West Africa makes me feel joyous and this course
represents a journey of significant growth and understanding that will provide solid foundation
for achieving my goals and making a lasting impact on the society.
In conclusion, I can't seem to erase the God factor because with him all things are made
possible. Personally, I believe God has a hand in my choice of course because if it wasn't in his
will for me, studying law in the university of Ibadan won't work out,So, since it is in his plan for
me, he will surely see me through my course of studying law successfully.
