Processing of personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the EU General Data

Protection Regulation (GDPR)

NKT is obliged to process Personal Data, e.g. name, mail addresses, etc. as defined by the GDPR
only for the purpose of carrying out this offer. NKT shall not process or use Customer’s Personal
Data for any other purpose, including the transfer of Personal Data to any third country or an interna-
tional organisation, unless NKT is required to do so ac-cording to law.

NKT general obligations:

1. NKT must implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to complete the
Customers instructions and comply with legal obligations.

2. NKT must respect the Customers right to monitor the technical and organizational measures at
any time. The Supplier must facilitate and permit any controls requested by the Customer.

3. NKT must implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect
Personal Data against accidental and unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and unauthorized
disclosure, abuse or other processing in breach of law in force at any time.

4. NKT must notify immediately to the Customer if there are any request from supervisory
authorities for disclosure or inspections of Personal Data under this Offer.

The Customer shall at all times be allowed:


1. Access to own Personal Data
2. Correction of provided Personal Data
3. Deletion of Personal Data
4. Objection to the Personal data processing
5. Possibility of transferring Personal Data to another company or system
6. Possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority

Use of sub-suppliers:
The Customer hereby consents that, for the purpose of this Offer, NKT may use third par-ties as its
sub-suppliers. The data protection obligations laid down in this Offer also apply to such third parties.
