    FRP Pipe Query

    1. What is the use of it?


     This pipe is used for odor control system, connected with main pump station 200 m3/min and with
    preliminary treatment plant 60 m3/min biological trickling filter.
    2. How many bars do I have to withstand the pressure?
     Max Operating Pressure: 100mmAq (Bio Filter Tower)
    3. How strong is the external pressure?
     This is not buried pipe, use inside of buildings only so the atmosphere's temperature and pressure
    only.
    4. For plumbing for plants
    a) What is the maximum temperature used?
     Room temperature (30°C)
    b) What is the specification of the flange product?
    (KS Standards, etc.)
     KS Standard
    c) Do I have to make all the raw materials domestically?
    1) Use only domestically produced
    2) Domestic + Chinese use
    3) Chinese use
    (The unit price will be lowered when using Chinese products)
     Only domestically produced
