    Job Description​

    Role: Software Engineer​


    Specialization: Full-Stack Engineer​
    Location: Southeast Asia (Remote or On-site)​
    Employment: Contract (with potential to convert to full-time)​
    About the company: We are a Singapore-based early-stage technology startup with a mission
    to foster sustainability within the B2B food supply chain across Southeast Asia. Our AI-powered
    software is designed to help food suppliers boost sales and streamline order managements on
    popular messaging apps like WhatsApp, Zalo and LINE. By optimizing efficiency and connectivity
    for conversational commerce, we aim to help Suppliers and Restaurants to save cost, time and
    reduce food waste.​
    Role overview: We are seeking for a talented Software Engineer to join our passionate team in
    developing a cutting-edge conversational operations platform. As a Software Engineer, you will
    collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to create exceptional user
    experiences, leveraging your expertise and technical know-how. Your contributions will directly
    impact the functionality and usability of our platform, playing a pivotal role in driving its success.​
    Responsibilities: ​
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement responsive and
    intuitive application for our conversational ops platform. ​
    • Develop high-quality software.​
    • Design solutions and build architecture for various challenging problems.​
    • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.​
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, code reviews, and architectural
    discussions to maintain high coding standards and best practices.​
    Requirements: ​
    • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Software Engineer with expertise in Full-Stack, Front-End
    or Back-End. ​
    • Hands-on experience with monorepos like Turbo or NX for efficient codebase management. ​
    • Proficiency in programming languages Typescript and Java/Python/Golang, and
    frameworks/libraries like Next.js, React, Node.js.​
    • Familiar with protocols like HTTP/RPC.​
    • Experience in working with operating systems, web servers and relational databases.​
    • Familiar with various AWS web-enabling technologies. ​
    • Experience in designing complex backend solutions that solve
    scalability/concurrency/security/performance/realtime problems.​
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic
    startup environment. ​
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and applying new
    technologies. ​
