Draftsperson, Interior Designer, and Accountant:

Rhyss Lanuzo, CEO & Architect: Rhyss Lanuzo is an architect working in an


architectural designing firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master's
degree in Urban Planning from a prestigious university. He works with clients to understand
their needs and requirements, and then creates designs that meet those specifications. He also
collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are
feasible and can be implemented successfully.
Role in Company: In addition to managing the budget and project team, Lanuzo makes
sure that projects are completed on schedule and within the allotted spending limits. He is also
in charge of acquiring the required permits and making sure that the construction process
complies with all applicable codes and rules.
Goal of Position: To deliver high-quality architectural designs that meet the needs and
requirements of clients while also ensuring that projects are completed on time and within
budget, and ensuring that the firm maintains a strong reputation for delivering exceptional
designs and outstanding project management services.

Charlotte Mallari, Project Manager: Charlotte Mallari is a highly accomplished project


manager with significant experience in the field of architecture and design. With a Bachelor's
degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Project Management, Charlotte has a wealth of
knowledge and expertise in both areas. She brings a unique perspective to the firm, combining
her understanding of design principles with her project management skills to ensure that all
projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Role in Company: Mallari is in charge of developing and implementing project plans,
