System Training

ELOP-II Operator

Aim:
This training course provides the participant with all knowledge
which is necessary for operation of a plant, including small
modifications of the user program.

Prerequisites:
Basic knowledge of electrical and digital functions, knowledge of
personal computer (Windows 2000)

Training course contents:


- System overview and design of the HIMatrix PES
- Functions of central and I/O modules and compact units
- Power supply and voltage distribution
- Norm IEC 1131-3, program organisation units,
types of data and variables
- Configuration, libraries, resource types
- Structure of ELOP-II Factory and projects
- code generation of user programs
- Loading and starting of the HIMatrix PES
- Online-Test, forcing of I/O circuits, force list for signal tracing
- Diagnostics, fault messages and reactions
- Printout and use of project documentation
- Exchange of modules
- Notes for the operation of a safety-related PES

Duration: 2 days
