Terms and Conditions

1. TIMELINE FOR WORK COMMENCEMENT:The work will commence
within 7 DAYS from the approval of the quotation and receipt of the
80% advance payment.The 7-day period is designated for material
dispatch and work planning. Authorised Signatory For
SREESECURE DESIGN SOLUTIONS PVT LTD
2. PAYMENT TERMS: Advance Payment: 80% of the total project cost
is required as an advance payment before any work begins and the
remaining 20% is due upon completion of the work. The work is
considered complete once all deliverables have been provided and
accepted by the client.

3. WARRANTY PERIOD: All products provided by us are covered under

a TWO - YEAR WARRANTY from the date of delivery/installation. This
warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but excludes
damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized
modifications.

4. QUOTATION VALIDITY: The quotation is valid for 15 DAYS from the

date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change
based on market fluctuations or material costs.

5. Project Completion Date: The project is expected to be completed

within 22 to 25 DAYS from the work commencement date

6. GOODS RETURN OR EXCHANGE: Once the goods have been sold or

delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any
circumstances, unless there is a manufacturing defect or a clear
issue covered by the warranty.
