JD for Backend Engineer (Founding Engineer)

VC funded startup by a team of Second time entrepreneurs (previous startup valued at


over $110 Mn and on its way to IPO), IIT Delhi (Gold Medalist), IIT Bombay Computer
Science, (CEO Ambassador) and Samsung alums. Startup funded by global VCs and
top angels. We are looking for an equally passionate owner as Backend Engineer.

We are democratising product content creation. Just like Claude/cursor enables


everyone to build software, Canva enables designing, we enable everyone to create
product videos and docs instantly. All a user has to do is a rough screen recording. We
are global from day one - with thousands of users from across the world. We already
count Fortune 500 companies and startups as our paying customers and are rapidly
expanding our customer base, hence the team.

Key points:
● Should have 2-5 years of professional backend building experience
● Should have experience of working in Java/C++/Go with experience in
Multithreading, object-oriented design patterns, microservices architecture
● Experience developing cloud architecture on leading cloud providers
(Azure/AWS/GCP) is a must
● Should have startup experience, preferably as founding engineer
● Should be from top engineering college, preferably with CS degree
● Prior work with LLM/ML applications would be a bonus.

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
