iii. Figure I and II show the incident and transmitted rays through lens kept in a box in each

Kishan’s friend Sonu performs an experiment with two simple pendulums A and B of
different lengths are suspended from the same string as shown in the figure given below.
When A is displaced from its mean position and let go, it is found that B also starts vibrating.

vibration of A?
(b) What would happen to the amplitude of vibration of B if its length was made equal to
that of A?

iii. Draw a graph to show the current- voltage relationship of a ohmic resistor. How is the [3]
resistance of the resistor determined from this graph. Give one example of a ohmic resistor.

i. A uniform metal rod of 5m in length and weight 90 N is suspended horizontally by two
vertical wires attached at 50 cm and 3.5 m respectively, from one end of the rod. Find the
