    Axpert 3KVA service guide for customer

    Preface:
    This is a quick guide for checking the faulty inverter by customers. We collect some
    common faulty situation, and give the advice about it. Through doing some basic
    checking and measurement, we can locate the faulty point more clearly, and can
    provide the solution as soon.

    1. Not working at all/ No display


    Fault description No display on LCD, the inverter couldn’t startup completely,.
    Fault reason The board inside damaged.
    Open the enclosure, and check the board inside by following Axpert KS
    Fault checking
    3K No display check SOP, and feedback us the result
    Fault solution Replace or repair the main board

    2. 01 Fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 01, fan abnormal
    Fault reason Fan not working or fan status feedback abnormal.
    Replace the fan and check if it is OK, according to Axpert KS-3000 Fan

    Fault checking Replacement Process Instruction


    If still not OK, refer to Axpert KS-3000 Fan Driver Check and Repair
    Instruction to check.
    Replace the fan or repair fan driver.
    Fault solution
    If still not OK, contact supplier.

    3. 02 fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 02, unit over temperature
    Unit ventilation conditions not good or environment temperature too
    Fault reason
    high or air flow install not correct.
    1. Check unit ventilation conditions or temperature.
    Fault checking
    2. Check if the air flow of the unit is blocked.
    1. Improve unit ventilation conditions or environment temperature.
    Fault solution 2. Correct air flow install way.
    If still not OK, contact supplier.
    4. 03 fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 03, unit over voltage
    Fault reason Solar charger control method is not very good in battery full conditions
    Check if unit is charging by solar
    If yes, check firmware version, if U1 version < 15.27 or U2 version <
    Fault checking
    3.12, upgrade it to the latest firmware
    Otherwise, contact supplier.
    Fault solution Upgrade firmware or contact supplier.

    5. 05 fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 05, unit output short or output not available
    If there is no wire shorted on output, internal component might be
    Fault reason
    damaged
    Fault checking Check as Axpert KS-3000 Converter and Inverter check SOP.

    Fault solution Replace or repair main board.

    6. 06 fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 06, unit output abnormal(too high or too low

    Fault reason Internal component damage for heavy transport or other reason
    Check as Axpert KS-3000 Output Abnormal Rework SOP or Axpert
    Fault checking
    KS-3000 Converter and Inverter check SOP
    Fault solution Replace or repair main board.

    7. 09 fault
    Fault description LCD display fault code 09, unit DC/DC converter can’t reach setting
    voltage when bus softstart.
    Fault reason Internal component might damage.

    Fault checking Check as Axpert KS-3000 Converter and Inverter check SOP

    Fault solution Replace or repair main board.
