Stretching : Cobra Stretch, Wheel Pose, Two legs Straight Up, Standing Forward
Bend, Mountain Pose - Time (20-30 secs)
Jumping (15 mins w/ breaks) - Attach ankle weights to leg and hang them off the bed
side
Fix Posture
Garden Cress Seeds (1 tbsp)
2 glasses of milk + 2 boiled eggs
Arginine and Citrulline
Cycling (30 mins daily)
Sprinting (3-4 times a week - 5 sets, 20 secs)
Sunlight
Boron supplement (6 mg daily for 1st month, then 3 mg daily)
Zinc, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin C
Raw Honey, Carrots
Block blue light
