Leni Robredo

- In terms of the conflict resolutions, Leni Robredo slams Beijing for Hague ruling
and urges the Duterte administration to show bravery to fight for the country’s
rights and for its people. Relating to this, Robredo has also been vocal into being
against Death penalty as she won’t deter crime and believes that the government
shoulf focus on improving our justice system to be more accessible for the
Filipino people.

employability training for over 1,000 unemployed and out of school Filipino youth.

- Vp Leni backed the passage into law of the Unemployment Insurance Bill that
creates an unemployment insurance system to protect Filipinos that are affected
towards the pandemic.
- She also proposed ‘Angat Buhay’ that helped thousands of people into extending

private sector and covered the rehabilitation and response to the pandemic.

- Leni also proposed to the government to invest more in agriculture to ensure that
the current health crisis does not become a food crisis. She identified climate
resilient agriculture and maritime-related industries as paths to growth.

- Leni Robredo mobilized through the OVP’s Angat Buhay with 330 partnered
organizations worth 444.14 million worth of resources for the people. She also
proposed 8.93 million worth of projects, farm inputs,livestock, development and
training wherein 127 individuals and 18 accredited Civil Society Organizations
were assisted.

Isko Moreno

drugs but without extra-judicial killings linked to it.
- Isko Moreno also proposed that he would allow foreign probers under the
International Criminal Court to come to the Philippines to investigate alleged
crimes against humanity under the Duterte administration.

- Isko Moreno’s socio-economic plan is entitled Bilis Kilos. It is a well-considered
plan designed to pump-prime the economy while addressing the fundamental
weaknesses of government institutions. The intention is to allocate 1.3% of GDP
towards the sector, 16 times more than what was spent in 2020.

- In education, Moreno aims to elevate the aptitudes of Filipino students to the
level of their ASEAN peers. He commits to appropriate 4.3% of GDP for
expanding the reach and quality of learning.

Population
- The development of MSMEs (Micro-, Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises) will
be achieved through a four-point plan which includes increasing available credit
to entrepreneurs from P1.5 billion today to P30 billion; reduce the cost of doing
business; facilitate ease in doing business and help MSMEs adopt to new
technologies.
- He also proposed to increase the number of foreign visitors to 24 million per year
by 2028. This will be done by strengthening tourism infrastructure and aggressive
international promotions.
Agriculture and Industrialization
- On infrastructure, electric power will be given priority with the construction of
more power plants from renewable sources. This will be complemented by the
long overdue interconnection of the Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao grids. As for
water, the target is to attain 100% water access coverage by 2026.

- He will pursue a “Life and Livelihood” economic policy that aims to address
poverty, hunger, unemployment, inequality and social injustice through an
inclusive and equitable infrastructure development program as spelled out under
his 10-point Bilis Kilos Economic Agenda.

Panfilo Lacson

such as the United States, European countries, and Australia.He also wants the
Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) to do rounds in the vicinity as joint military
