Terms and Conditions
1. The tuition fee does not include uniforms, meals/tuck shop, field trips, stationery, or textbooks. Any other applicable fees
will be communicated as and when applicable.
2. The tuition fee is an annual fee, however, for ease of payment, the tuition fee can be paid termly, and is due as follows:

*If admission is taken after mid-term, 50% of the term (in progress) fee is payable.
3. Checkpoint, IGCSE, and A-Levels examination fees are not included in the tuition fees and will be communicated closer to
the examination.
4. A 5% discount is applicable on advance payment of the annual tuition fee.
5. A sibling discount of 5% can be availed. (Note that sibling discount is applied on lower grade child/children)
6. A discount of 5% on the Term 1 tuition fee is available to students, who have completed at-least 1 academic year at the
school.
7. Payment plans for returning students are available upon approval from the accounts office and will attract a 10% levy.
8. Students whose fees are not paid by the start of the term will not be allowed in class. After a period of two weeks of such
exclusion from classes and non-payment of the fees, the child will be removed from the school register. All monies paid as
deposit will be forfeited.

Kindly note that it is the responsibility of parents/guardians to provide Proof of Payment to Accounts.
All late payment beyond due date will attract a 10% late fee levy
Refunds
1. Security deposit is refundable provided one full term’s written notice of withdrawal is given and no books or equipment are
lost or damaged.
2. The term fee is non-refundable if the student has attended school for any length of time in the term.
3. The term fee if paid is refundable only if the student does not attend school during the term at all and at least a term notice
is submitted in writing.
