Introduction:
During the past two weeks, I have been using the schedule I created for Journal Entry #2.
I made an effort to adhere to the planned activities, but it was not always feasible due to
unexpected events. As a result, I had to adjust the schedule to accommodate the actual activities.
The schedule has been very helpful for managing my time. It provided me with a
structured framework that allowed me to plan and allocate time to activities in a balanced way. It
also served as a visual reminder of my priorities and helped me stay focused on my goals.
In general, I was able to achieve the planned objectives. However, unexpected invitations
and spontaneous social interactions sometimes caused me to deviate from the schedule. Initially,
this was frustrating as I felt like I wasn't meeting my expectations. However, I decided to
embrace flexibility and acknowledge the importance of maintaining a balance between adhering

During these two weeks, I had to make adjustments that surprised me to some extent.
Unexpected invitations to go out for meals or other impromptu activities, such as in the online
media consumption part, I didn't always feel like watching videos or something like that, so I did
other things. I was also asked for favors, among other things. These situations occasionally
disrupted my schedule.

The scheduler shed light on how I was using my time. It revealed that I sometimes
underestimated the duration of certain activities, which resulted in less time available for other
tasks. I realized the need to have a good, realistic, and well-planned time allocation, taking into
account even extra time for unexpected events, as well as setting priorities to ensure a balanced
schedule.
What changes would you incorporate in order to help you reach your goals?
To improve goal achievement, I plan to incorporate some changes. First, I will allocate
more time than I think I need for certain tasks. This allows for flexibility in the schedule to
accommodate unforeseen events, while still maintaining an overall structure. Second, I will
change some activities that I haven't been spending as much time on, such as socializing or
online media consumption, which I have been doing at different times than originally scheduled.
Lastly, I will make an effort to be more aware of how much time I spend in prayer, in order to
allocate the appropriate amount of time and ensure it aligns with my overall goals and priorities.
Conclusion:
The past two weeks have demonstrated the usefulness of a scheduler for effectively
managing time. Although there have been adjustments and unexpected events, the planner has
provided me with a solid foundation for prioritizing and achieving my goals. By adopting a
flexible yet structured approach to scheduling, I can find a balance between sticking to the plan
