    Dear Vansh,

    We are pleased to offer you the position of Associate 1 in Internal Audit as per ICAI regulations. You shall join at our Noida
    office on or before 2nd September 2024, failing which the offer stands cancelled.

    This offer is subject to your submission of all required documents in compliance with the points mentioned below and
    verification of the information provided by you in your resume and application form.

    For the registration process, please ensure that you bring along the following documents:
     Identity proof – Aadhar Card & Pan Card
     Academic certificates - original and photocopies of your academic qualifications. (Class 10 th, 12th, Graduation and
    Post-Graduation Marksheet)
     Professional certificates – original and photocopies of Foundation Marksheet, Intermediate Marksheet, ITT & OC
    Certificates
     Passport-sized photographs - please carry at least 2 passport-sized photographs.
     Transfer Form – Form 109 (for transfer cases)
     Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- sign by partner & article
     NOC from College- if you’re pursuing regular graduation.
     Bank Account Details-Canceled Cheque or Passbook First Page Copy

    Further you confirm that in compliance with the rules and regulations of ICAI you shall submit form 112 to the ICAI for any
    additional course that may be pursued by you during the period of articleship on joining the firm.

    You agree to abide by the rules and regulations of S.P. Chopra & Company and shall be fully responsible for any
    consequencesarising due to noncompliance by you with such regulations. This arrangement is not that of an employer and
    an employee. You will be paid a stipend as per the rules of the office. During the two-year articleship period, the firm does
    not permit transfers or industrial training opportunities.You will observe the rules and regulations and discipline of our
    office and maintain complete confidentiality and secrecy ofthe matters pertaining to our office and/or any data that may
    be provided to you during your project work.

    Kindly sign this letter as a token of having accepted this offer of articleship and return the same for our records.
