Greetings
How swiftly and unnoticed time flies! One more year has been added to the glorious
saga of our school. We the members of Milton Public School couldn't be more elated
about it. A lot of emphasis is given to the subjects that are taught in school through
interactive classes, special problem solving classes, assignments, worksheets, chapter
wise tests, and different literary & cultural activities. We were trying to ensure that the
student’s quality of education and our aim was to provide the students with the finest of
education through every medium.
We are pleased to inform you that the for the academic session 2024-25 for regular
classes of PG and 9th will commence from 03 April 2024. To facilitate the smooth
functioning of the school and to ensure the appropriate and secure learning
environment for the students the following points have been made mandatory.
1. For the new academic session for regular classes PG to 9 th will commence from
03 April. The school timing from Monday to Saturday is as follows
2. There will be regular classes from 03 April and attendance compulsion will be as per
CBSE rule.
3. Aims and Objectives of the School, The School System, School Uniform, School
Discipline, Leave of Absence and Library Rules etc are mentioned in school almanac.
Kindly go through all points, these all points should be followed strictly.
5. Please keep checking the message that are forwarded by school on registered mobile
number of parents, kindly confirms your number for this session with the class teacher.
Fee structure
MILTON PUBLIC SCHOOL AVADHPURI,AGRA
● Activity and exam fees are mandatory to be submitted as per given time schedule.
A. The tuition fees are payable quarterly by the 1 to 10th of the month of April, July,
October and January. Payment of fees has to be made through online mode
(school App only) / Cash/ cheque (pertaining to April, July, October and January
Quarters). One time advance payment of fees can also be made for the whole
session. (In case of onetime payment of full year fee 10% discount will be
felicitated)
B. If there is a lapse of payment of fees for two quarters admission will stand
cancelled. Fresh admission has to be sought with the new admission fees. Late
fees shall be charged @ Rs.300/- per month (for Tuition and Transport
separately) in case payment is not made in the said quarter. For bounced
cheques additional payment of Rs. 300/- has to be made.
C. It is not mandatory or any rule by the Board for the school to send reminders &
any notice for the payment of the fees.
D. No refund of money is made during the session if the candidates leave in
between the session. * Not applicable for Government transfer cases.*
E. In case of any refund or extra charges levied by the school, parents will kindly
deal with the school under the aid and advice of the Honourable Principal.
F. If fee is not paid within the calendar month of the stipulated date, the student
name shall be struck off the rolls, Re-admission fee, as applicable, shall be
charged, if re-admission is granted.
G. If there is any query regarding fee then please contact the School Accounts Office
at telephone No. 7300738701.
H. Deposition/Transaction of the fees carried out at the concerned Bank will be
recommended by the school.
I. Parents are instructed to take the computerized/ manual receipt within a week at
any kind of payment done in the recommended categories and get your fee card
updated too.
J. Concession facility is not mandatory by the school. * Terms & conditions are
applied. It will be applicable only if the concession form is filled by 30-Apr-2024
and first instalment is submitted as per given time schedule.
K. Note: Transport, activity and examination fees are not included on the regular
fees chart.
7. Books are available at the book store for all classes as from 1 st April. We request you
to collect the books after the given date to start studies of your ward in our new session.
8. You all are requested to pay proper attention towards studies of your ward for their
all-round development.
9. Parent's behaviour with the management, staff and PTM attendance is countable for
termination of student without any prior notice.
10. If you are availing school transport facility for your ward then transport form has to
be filled 1st April 2024 and transport fee has to be paid for the whole academic year.
11. Half day leave will not be granted to students due to security and safety reasons.
12. For the security and safety reasons it's mandatory for you all to fill the medical forms
by the given time period and submit at school. If your ward has any specific health
issues then kindly inform us and submit all medical prescriptions and reports at school
so that your ward's care can be taken accordingly and in any emergency medical
assistance can be given.
This coming session (2024-25) we will go with: Best Education and create lifelong
passion for learning its students. Education is what remains after one has forgotten
what one has learned in school.
