Course outcome (SUBJECT NAME-Instrumental Analysis COURSE CODE-BP705P)

CO1: To study the basic of instrumentation of various analytical instruments and their
calibration.
CO2: Understand the concept of linearity, absorbance maxima, calibration curve method, and
calculation of absorptivity constant
CO3: Understand the concept of Assay of APIs and formulation by various analytical techniques
including UV spectroscopy. Flourimetry, colorimetry and Flame photometry.
CO4: To develop analytical skills in data interpretation and calculations of purity of API in
formulations using chromatogrphic techniques.
