Dear Mr ABC:
I am writing this mail in order to you regarding a home we require in Delhi, as
we will be shifting our base from Manali at the end of November this year. We
will be requiring a 8000 square foot house with a monthly rent budget of
200000. The house would be mainly used for small case production hence there
would be some background noise hence I would like you to provide the
property in such locality where the nearby residents have no problem with the
noise.
Moreover, we also want the house to be located near a metro station in a
radius of 3km max for easy transportation and we also want the house for lease
up to 5 years. These are the main requirements we require and hence could you
please revert to me with the list at the earliest possible. If you have any further

I am a fashion designer and the founder of Hustlers clothes, and we are an ethnics clothing
brand design outfits for men and women. We have been operating since last 4 years and
have collaborated with several brands such as Shoppers Stop, Manyavar. Our company
recently heard about the increasingly popularity of Westside and how it is rapidly growing as
a brand over these past years.
So, we Hustlers Clothes would like to propose a collaboration with Westside where
we work in a partnership of 70% Westside and 30 % Hustlers Clothes wherein, we provide
all the clothes designs and westside acts as a selling outlet and manufactures the product
with our design, We are really looking forward for this collaboration and I personally believe
this would help both our businesses to grow.
