1.Basic Function of System

(1) Controlling Methods of Modes
There is only one main switch for the unit, mechanical humidity thin-film switch, which can be turned on.
1) Humidity switch points at OFF: The dehumidifier stops (compressor and fan stop and all LEDs black).
2) Humidity switch points at a certain humidity H:If ambient humidity is lower than H, the dehumidifier stops
(compressor and fan stop and all LEDs black). If ambient humidity is higher than H, the unit runs, and the
Running LED lights.
3) Humidity switch points at CON, the dehumidifier continue to run till the water is full.
2.Protection Functions of System Off

(1) Protection Functions

1. Working range: after energization, the detected value of temp sensor: Running
DEFROST FULL Con

If it is between 3℃to 36℃, the compressor will be allowed to run normally.

If it is out of the range of 3℃to 36℃, the compressor won’t start and the fan will
run according to setting state. In order to prevent the unit from running under serious
conditions, the temp will be detected continuously till it is between 3℃to 36℃ and the
compressor runs normally.
2. 3-min protection: If the compressor after stop is restarted (including re-energize the &21
)8//

2))
Controller), it will delay 3 min to start with the fan running.
(2)Full Protection
When the water tank is full of water during running of dehumidifier, FULL LED lights and
other LEDs black, in which case, compressor and fan stop and controller is powered off.
(3)Antifreezing protection 5811,1*

If the tube temp is too low during running, compressor stops, DEFROST LED flashes and
fan continues running. Defrosting time can not exceed 20 min in max.
'()5267

If it is detected that antifreezing protection has stopped, the compressor restarts and the
fan runs normally.
(4)Temp Sensor Protection
At any time under power-on state when it is detected that Ttube≦30℃, or Ttube≧80℃, the system enters
into OFF protection mode, compressor stops, fan continues running and Running LED flashes.

Suitabel for :
1. Temperature Parameters
 Ambient temp (Tamb.)
Evaporator tube temp (Ttube) (Tamb. and Ttube share the same temp sensor)
2. Basic Functions
2.1 Controlling Method under Each Mode
There is only one main switch for the unit, OFF, LOW and HIGH FAN.
After energization, the POWER LED lights.
1. OFF: When the knob points at it, the dehumidifier stops.
2. LOW: When the knob points at it, the compressor starts up once it
accords with starting condition and the fan runs at low fan speed.
3. HIGH: When the knob points at it, the compressor starts up once it accords with starting condition and
the fan runs at high fan speed.

(4) Antifreezing protection
If antifreezing protection is detected during running, the compressor stops running and the fan runs according to
setting state. If it is detected that antifreezing protection has stopped, the compressor restarts and the fan runs
according to setting state. Protection time can not exceed 20 min in max.
(5) Temp Sensor Protection
At any time under power-on state when it is detected that Ttube≦30℃, or Ttube≧80℃, the system enters into
OFF mode, compressor stops and only POWER LED is light.

Suitabel for :

1. Temperature Parameters

1. OFF: When the knob points at it, the dehumidifier stops.
2. Mute: When the knob points at it, the compressor starts up once it accords with starting condition and the
fan runs at low fan speed.
3. Dehumidify: When the knob points at it, the compressor starts up once it accords with starting condition
and the fan runs at middle fan speed.
4. Dry: When the knob points at it, the compressor starts up once it accords with starting condition and the
fan runs at high fan speed.
3. Protection Functions of System
(1) Working Range
If Tamb.≤3℃ or Tamb.≥36℃, the compressor won’t start to prevent the unit from running under serious
conditions and the fan will run according to setting state.
If it is between 3℃to 36℃, the compressor will run normally.

setting state.

1.Temperature Parameters
Indoor ambient temp (Tamb.) Indoor ambient humidity (Hamb.) Evaporator tube temp (Ttube)
2. Basic Functions
2.1 Function of Each Mode
There are four kinds of modes for the unit, OFF,Dehumidify,
Dry and Mute.
OFF mode: The fan and compressor stop, mode LED and humidity LED black and power LED lights.
Dehumidify: Dehumidify mode LED lights and other LEDs black. The fan runs at middle speed and compressor
is started.
Dry: Dry mode LED lights and other LEDs black. The fan runs at high speed and compressor is started.
Mute: Mute mode LED lights and other LEDs black. The fan runs at low speed and compressor is started.
2. 2 Function of Buttons
I/O button: It controls ON/OFF of the system. Power LED lights after energization.Press this button to turn
on/off the unit. After startup, the unit runs according to defaulted mode.
Button (fan speed button):Press this button to switch among the following 4 modes and then
corresponding LED will light:

→Dehumidify (middle) →Dry (high) → Mute (Low) →

Defaulted dehumidify mode after start
Button: Set humidity of the room. The unit can be set among 50%, 60%, 70% and CON (continuous
working) and display current ambient humidity (corresponding temp LED flashes). It switches among the
following 4 kinds of states. There are 4 corresponding LED: 50%, 60%, 70% and CON.

Defaulted starting mode is CON.

2.3 Humidity Control
50%: If it is detected that Hamb.<45 %, the unit stops and if H amb.>45 %, the unit starts.
60%: If it is detected that H amb.<55 %, the unit stops and if H amb.>65 %, the unit starts.
70%: If it is detected that H amb.<65 %, the unit stops and if H amb.>75 %, the unit starts.
CON: The unit runs continuously and displays current ambient humidity(corresponding humidity LED flashes).
3. Protection Functions of System
(1) Working Range
If Tamb.≤1℃ or Tamb.≥39℃, the unit won’t start to prevent the unit from running under serious conditions .
If it is between 3℃to 36℃, the compressor will run normally.
(2) 3-min Protection
If the compressor after stop is restarted, it will delay 3 min to start.
(3)Full Protection
When the water tank is full of water, FULL LED lights and the unit automatically stops. (Fan and compressor stop).
(4) Antifreezing Protection
If antifreezing protection is detected during running, the compressor stops running and the fan keeps original
state. If it is detected that antifreezing protection has stopped, the compressor restarts. Protection time can not
exceed 20 min in max.
(5) High Temp Mode
When Tamb.≧35℃, high-temp mode starts and fan only runs at high speed.
(6) Low Temp Mode
When Tamb.≤15℃, low-temp mode starts and fan only runs at high speed. The compressor starts for 40min
and then stops for 10min.
