Differential Pressure transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple, Control Valve & Label
Transmitter.
 Inspection of installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning.
 Experience in maintenance and calibration of pneumatic and electronic temperature,
pressure, flow and level Transmitters such as Endress + Hauser ,Yokogawa Blue Star,
Rosemount, Foxboro , Honeywell etc.
 Maintenance of control valves of different make and models, related equipment’s such as
E/P converters, positioners, pressure switches, pressure gauges and air filter regulators
 Erection and maintenance of temperature elements such as RTD, thermocouples,
temperature switches and temperature gauges. Erection, commissioning, Maintenance of
Instruments for temperature measurements like thermocouple, resistive temperature
detector (RTD), TI and TS, Pressure measurements like PT, PI, DPT, DPS, FT, PS, Level

 Preparation & Technical review of Engineering Drawings such as P&ID, FEED
Documents , Instrument Index, Instrument loop Diagram & Instrument Segment
Diagram, instrument datasheets ,Instrument Cable Tray Layout, Cable schedule, Wiring
Diagrams, Level Setting Diagrams , DCS/PLC I/O list and Interconnection schedule
(ICS). Erection, commissioning, Maintenance of Instruments for temperature
measurements like thermocouple, resistive temperature detector (RTD), Pressure
measurements like PT, PI, DPT, DPS, FT, PS, Level measurements like Ultrasonic,
Radar, Conductivity.
 Acquainted with P&ID, Hookup drawings, electrical drawings.
 Hands on experience Siemens 11KV SCADA & IMM (Information Model
Management) Software .
 Commissioning of Prol-Lant server (EMS , COM, AO, UCI, RO & OTS )and worked
with LINUX command.
 Hand on experience in Tank Farm Instrument Like ( Radar Gauge, RTD,MOV & HCD).
 Hand on experience in Repeater (Emerson), Wire-less Transmitter & Gateway.
