    This valve is either damaged or lodged open. Be sure to rest the equipment to the ground - let the
    pressure release -key on engine stopped - move all the control levers. Vent the tank before removing
    plugs. This is the best from my memory, if the other check valve comes into question requires the two
    valve blocks splitting to get at the check valve..
