1.1 TECHNICAL NOTES:
Offer is based on data provided by client. (* Client to confirm)
1. MS parts – 2 Coats of zinc chromate primer & SS parts – Acid cleaned.

2. In case of any change in shell & flange thickness, MOC then charges will be extra at actual.
3. If any special test required then charges will be extra as applicable.
4. TPI will be extra at actual.
1.2 EXCLUSIONS:
• Site development, receipt, storage, shifting & installation of plant & machinery.
• Painting of Structure as per client standard.
• Insulation & Cladding.
• All foundations wherever necessary & also all steel for reinforcement of RCC, insert plates & slab cut-
outs.
• Necessary instruments for measuring performance parameter & evaluating the performance of plant.
• Any other equipment & services not expressly mentioned in our offer are also excluded from our scope
of supply.
• Third party inspection charges.
• LED Light Lamps for light glass.
• Erection, supervision, commissioning

2.0 COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
2.1 PRICE SUMMARY: -

Our Price for Manufacturing and supply of above listed equipment’s as per scope of supply-

Taxes & Duties : Extra as applicable at the time of dispatch.

Packaging and Forwarding : 2% of Basic amount.
TPI : Extra at actual in client scope.
2.2 TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT:
50% advance along with the order by bank transfer.

50% against readiness of goods at our works before dispatch.
2.3 DELIVERY:
8-10 Weeks (EX-WORK PUNE) from the date of GA drawing approval and receipt of your technically and
commercially clear purchase order along with the receipt of advance.
2.4 VALIDITY:
This offer is valid for your acceptance for 30 days from the date hereof and thereafter subject to our written
confirmation.
2.5 INSPECTION:
In case of inspection by any independent third-party agency on equipment, charges for the same shall be
extra.
2.6 GUARANTEE / WARRANTY:
Warranty against Defects:

CHEMDIST warranty all equipment offered by them against material, workmanship and manufacturing
defects for a period of 12 months from the date of supply.
CHEMDIST shall not be responsible for replacement or repairs for normal wear and tear of component due
to operation and parts like rubber, glass and consumables, mechanical seal, gauges and instruments. Also,
CHEMDIST shall not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages.
2.7 RESERVATION:
We reserve our right to change technical specifications or makes of equipment in order to incorporate
the latest development or modifications in the plant without affecting the overall performance.
All such modifications/changes shall be informed to the Purchaser from time to time whenever to be
incorporated or implemented.

2.8 SUPERVISION DURING INSTALLATION & COMMISSIOINING
We offer supervision by our supervisor during installation of equipments and commissioning activities are at
the rate of INR 7500/-This is the price for one person per day of 8 hours only. Overtime hours and holidays
will be charged extra, at 1.5 times the normal rates.
Please note - To and Fro Traveling, local conveyance, lodging boarding will be paid from your end during
commissioning period. You shall provide us a notice of at least 15 days for arranging our supervisor, if required.
