SECTION 03: VIOLATION INFORMATION REPORT
Description Security: M. Farhan Date: 15/01/25 Time: 16:30 hrs.
Security received a notification from the lifeguard at the swimming pool regarding a male individual who had
been in the pool area for an extended period. The lifeguard expressed a desire to take a break, but male visitor
was reluctant to vacate the premises.
His situation was reported to Security Officer Mr. Nasir, who proceeded to the pool area. Upon arrival, he
inquired about the individual's details, to which the male stated that he resided in apartment 124. However,
upon verification, security discovered that the apartment was registered with Ms. Andreen Tresa. The security
guard informed the male that his information did not align with the records. In response, the male began to
argue, claiming he had been residing there for two years with a female resident of the apartment, whom he
referred to as a friend.

The matter was escalated to the security supervisor (Farhan), who arrived at the scene and engaged in a
discussion with the male visitor. The individual questioned why security was creating an unnecessary situation
and requested to be left alone. The security supervisor then visited apartment 124 and spoke with the female
resident, who confirmed that the male was indeed her friend and frequently visited her. However, she was
unaware that he was utilizing the building's facilities without her consent and stated she would contact him to
ask him to leave, as she was unable to come to the pool area due to family visitors.
The security supervisor returned to the pool area and instructed the male visitor to exit, clarifying that the pool
was exclusively for residents and not for their guests. The male began to argue with the security supervisor,
who informed him the rules and regulations governing the swimming pool. The individual claimed to know the
access codes for both the pool area and the building.
Security once again reached out to the female resident of the apartment, advising her to request the male
resident to vacate the swimming pool area. The male resident complied but indicated that he would return the
following day after the female resident's family had departed. The female resident also instructed security to
prevent his re-entry. Security then asked the female resident to provide a written statement regarding the
incident to which she obeyed & provided with written statement & sign on violation.
All the matter was escalated to Farnek security manager Mr, Hamza.
