LAB 2: AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS

The project management model with agile technology is based on the business and teams that
used to save the time, money and they used to provide their changes in flexibility. The better
flexibility is allowed that the traditional methods. Agile methods are faster, and it used to
communicate in a easy way which used to ensure its process in staying on the track. The team
does have to wait really till its phase of delivery and they can track the speed for the
development process in a regular way.

Agile team used to understand the goals and then they used to build their paths which used for
achievement of the goals. Project control is given by the agile development where every step of
the project is visible by the two parties. The main advantages of the agile project development
are,

 They customize team structures
 They used to eliminate in rework
 Highly focus on the need of the customers
 Frequency of the collaboration is increased

leading organizations. The team can used to share the ideas in effortless way. They can compile
documents, start discussions and they can be move forward with the collaborative tool. Software
is integrated with the features and tools which used to make the project successful through the
agile methodology. It used to apt in handling the projects with successful project techniques like
the critical path method (Özkan, 2019).

 It has some of the things which is related with task management which can be used
without making a break in the sweat of the proofhub and they are,
 Task creation and divide it into smaller and manageable sub-tasks
 Selection of one or more assigned task
 Setting end and start date for every tasks

functional priorities to be more aligned, and permits the creation of teams without any limits.
