    Dear Screening Committee:

    It is my great honor to recommend Stanley B. Perez for the 2025 Japan Exchange and Teaching
    Programme. I am his immediate supervisor at Calsadahay Elementary School where he is
    working as an Administrative Support Staff.

    I know Stanley as honest, hardworking, patient, and responsible employee. Aside from these
    traits, he is also a licensed professional teacher with specialization in English language. I can see
    that this exchange teaching programme will give him a chance to fulfill his desire to teach and
    experience Japan as well as its rich and fancy culture. I believe that this programme will help him
    to grow professionally and through this, he will be able to achieve his goals as his teaching
    career grows.

    His experience as an administrative support staff is his great advantage as he deals with different
    clientele and supports me as a school head and other teachers when it comes to school related
    works.

    I know he will be a great asset to any organization, and I can confidently recommend him in this
    exchange programme.

    Dear Screening Committee:

    I intent to express my gratitude to recommend Mr. Stanley B. Perez 2025 Japan Exchange and

    Teaching Programme as one of his immediate supervisors. He was a teacher in Immaculate

    Conception Academy of Burauen Inc. for two years handling elementary education and was a

    substitute teacher in Senior High School for six months.

    Mr. Stanley is a hardworking, responsible, diligent and active teacher. He is licensed professional

    teacher and a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. I can see that this

    exchange teaching programme will give him a chance to fulfill his desire to teach and experience

    Japan as well as its rich culture. I think that this programme will enable him to advance

    professionally, which will enable him to fulfill his aspirations when his teaching career takes off.

    His experience as teacher is his great advantage as he deals with different learners with diverse

    culture and behavior.
