User Guide
1. Upon receiving the email regarding POSH training, please click the link to proceed.
2. Enter your Oracle HCM login information to get started. However, when logging in for the first
time, we recommend resetting your password for more secure navigation through the
platform.

2.1 To reset your password, click on 'Forgot Password.' This will take you to the 'Forgot Password' page

2.2 Enter your username (which is your member ID) or the email address linked to your account. Click on
the 'Forgot Password' option, and then click Submit.
2.3 You will receive a message to check your email for password reset instructions. Then, click Sign In.

2.4 You will receive an email at your registered email address with further instructions.

2.5 Open the email and click on the link to reset your password.

• Enter a new password and confirm it


• Your password has been reset
• You can now sign in with your new credentials

3. After signing in, you will be redirected to the page shown below.
4. Next, click the highlighted button to view your enrollment

5. Click the Launch button to start the module.

6. The e-learning module will launch as shown below. Please click 'Next' to continue with the module.

7. Upon completion, you can download your certificate by following the path outlined below:
‘Main Module Page -> Actions Button -> Print Certificate’.

8. You may also download the completed certificate at a later time by following the path outlined below.
My HR @ My Fingertips -> Main Page ->Learning ->View Transcript->Select POSH at Workplace - >Actions-
>Print Certificate
