Tamil Nadu Government and Government-Aided Colleges of Education B.Ed. Admissions - 2024
(TNGASAEDU-2024) is a comprehensive online portal for registration, payments, application submission,
and choice filling. Candidates must complete their applications online. This can be done with the
assistance of Admission Facilitation Centers (AFC) - 2024, which are available at Tamil Nadu Government
and Government-Aided Colleges of Education in each district. Students can visit these centers to access all
the necessary services. Candidates are advised to carefully read the provided instructions to successfully
complete their counseling and admission process.
User Registration
Here are the steps to apply for admission. The registration process is simple and consists of a few
straightforward steps. Please follow the instructions carefully: Visit the Website: Navigate to
www.tngasa.in Current Screen: You should now be seeing the computer screen displayed below.

Click on "Click here for new Registration," and a new web page will appear on your computer
screen. The steps for registration are detailed in the "Registration" section of the page. It is important to
accurately fill in all the required information on the provided web form. Please ensure that all details are
entered correctly to avoid any issues during the registration process.

When registering, please keep the following in mind:
1. Name: Provide your name exactly as it appears on your 10th/12th grade certificate.
2. Mobile Number: Enter the mobile phone number you have provided. All important notifications will be
sent to this number.
3. Email Address: Provide a correct and active email address. If you do not have an email address, create
one and then enter it. If you encounter any difficulties in creating an email address, you may use your
parent's email address. This email will be considered the registered email address for your application,
and all communication will be sent to this address.
4. Email Confirmation: Confirm your email address by checking your inbox and following the
verification steps.
5. Date of Birth: Select your date of birth accurately.
6. Password: Carefully create your password. It must contain at least six characters, including one number,
one special character, and letters.
7. Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm it.
Before submitting, please double-check all your information as it cannot be changed later. All future
correspondence and updates will be sent to the email address and mobile number you have provided.

Ensure that all details are correct, as incorrect information may result in issues with your account. After
reviewing your information, click the "Save" button to proceed. Are you ready to continue? If so, click
"Yes" to proceed.
At this stage, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your smartphone, which can be used only once.
Enter the OTP in the field labeled "Enter One Time Password (OTP)" on the screen below, then click "Submit."
If you log in successfully, you will see the following screen:
The following web page will now appear on your computer screen. You can log in using your email address
(Email ID) and password (Password).

Currently, the website page where you can enter your personal details for registration will appear
on your computer screen.

After completing these details, click on the "Save & Continue" button. Your application is now in the initial
stage of submission.
2. Special Reservation Information.
Select the Special Reservation Information if you wish to apply under Special categories such as

After completing this information, click on the "Save & Continue" button. Your application is now in the
second stage of submission.
3. Academic Information
Now the website page for Academic Information will appear on your computer. It will include fields for:
Medium of Instruction (UG) Have you studied the same major subject
Have you studied Tamil up to SSLC Level? in UG and PG?
Educational Qualification PG Degree
UG Degree PG Major Subject
UG Major Subject PG Assessment Method
UG Assessment Method Course Applied for B.Ed.

Ensure all information is recorded accurately. After completing this section, click the "Save & Continue"
button. Your application is now in the third stage of submission.
4. Mark Entry
Currently, the website page where you can enter your Mark Information details for registration will
appear on your computer. It is essential to enter these details accurately and without errors.

PG Major Subject
After completing this information, click the "Save & Continue" button. Your application is now in the
fourth stage of submission.
5. Choice filling
Please go through our instruction before making the choice selection, there are few points you must
understand before proceed, details are below.
Select Courses: Choose the courses from the list of colleges that you wish to opt for.
Number of Selections: There is no limit on the number of courses you can select. For SC/SCA/ST
candidates, the fee is Rs.250/-, while for others it is Rs.500/-.
Reordering Choices: You can rearrange your selected choices according to your preference using
the reorder list. Ensure that your choices are in the desired order, as this will affect the seat
allocation.
Filtering Courses: The courses list can be filtered by College Name, College Code, Branch, or
District.
Auto-Save: Each selection and reorder is automatically saved, so no explicit save action is
required.
Reorder Choices: Click "Reorder my choices" to rearrange your selected choices as needed.

After selecting this information, click on the "Save & Continue" button. A website notification will appear
on your computer asking you to confirm your choice selection. You will need to confirm that you have
selected all your preferred courses and arranged them according to your preference. Additionally, you
will acknowledge that you wish to proceed with the payment and are aware that you cannot modify your
choices once the payment is completed. Click "Continue" to proceed with the payment.

Currently, the application is in the fifth stage of registration.
6. Preview
After reviewing the information on the webpage, please confirm that all the necessary details, such as
Personal Info, Special Reservation, UG Degree Information, UG Degree Marks and Choice Selection, are
correct on your computer. After reviewing the information details, click on the "Save & Continue" button.

You are about to make a payment, and as such, you will not be able to change the information you have
provided on the previous page. Therefore, please double-check all the information before proceeding
with the payment. After reviewing these details, click the "Continue" button. This will complete the sixth
step of the application registration process.
7. Payment
According to the information provided, you need to pay a registration fee. You can make this payment
using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or a UPI (Unified Payments Interface) service such as
Google Pay or Paytm.
Click on "Pay": This will redirect you to the payment gateway of the bank.
Complete the Payment: Follow the instructions on the payment gateway to complete the
transaction.
Confirmation: After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation message and a
transaction ID. You can print this information for your records.
Return to Home Page: Click on "Home Page" to return to the main page.
The seventh stage of the application process is now complete.

8. Download Application
Once you submit the application, a screen will appear. Click "Download Now" to download your entire
application. You will then receive a confirmation indicating that your application has been submitted
successfully.
