Tell me something about yourself

I’m Joselle Salanga, 23 years of age I graduated in Central Luzon State


University after studying Bachelor of Science in Biology. I consider myself
hardworking, reliable and cooperative. I have a 1 year work experience as a
social media manager I implemented a successful social media strategy
resulting increase in followers and engagements and I monitored the accounts
and responding to people’s inquires, feedbacks and complaints and also I had
4 months work experience as an office staff. It include assisting in
administrative tasks, filing, encoding, and document management. Now, I’m
applying in this opportunity that better fits my growing skills and I believe that
your company is the ideal environment that I can contribute and develop my
skills and capabilities.

Tell me something about your family background

I am a member of middle class family. We came from Laur, Nueva Ecija. My


father is a farmer, and he was a public servant for 13 years, my brother is a
freelance artist it is a work from home set-up and my mother was a teacher in
13 years and she died 3 years ago due to cardiac arrest, I’m the youngest in
the family.

What is your edge among other applicants?

I am 100 percent committed to my work and appreciate the work that


will be assigned to me. I’m competitive and I have relevant skills to
this job and my willingness to work under any pressure. Since, I also
have an experienced as a secretary in my previous affiliations in
classrooms, school organization like (Campus Youth Ministry), and
non-government organization the Angat Buhay Youth- Laur.

Why should we hire you?


I applied for this position because I know that I have the requirements that
you’re looking for. If I will be given the chance to get this job. I will work hard
to prove my worth as an office admin/secretary. I can perform a wide range of
administrative duties. I'm receiving positive feedbacks when it comes to my
communication skills and problem solving abilities. I have a track record of
carrying these different task efficiently and successfully.

Why are you applying for this position?


My skills aligns perfectly with this position where can I showcase my technical
skills to contribute to this company’s growth. I'm willing to be trained and
willing to learn new set of skills in your company.
Your company is equipped with qualified thermographers and experienced condition monitoring
engineers who will provide recommendations and solutions to correct the abnormalities of your
electrical power system.

How do you anticipate handling the challenges?


I am handling the challenges of working with a proactive and positive mindset.
My adaptability, company research, and commitment to building a support
network all contribute to my confidence in successfully overcoming any
challenges that may arise.

How do you handle differences in work styles and expectations?


I approach work with flexibility. I'm open to adjusting my work methods and
expectations to accommodate in work practices.

How do you see yourself 3-5 years from now?


In the next 3-5 years, if I get this position. I hope that I'm still working at your
company. I want to see myself at responsible position where my company see
me as valuable assets

What are your strengths?


My technical skills are one of my strong suits. As a biology graduate, I have a
strong foundation in lab methodologies and research fieldwork data collection.
I am comfortable using various software and tools that are essential in a
workplace. I am known for my commitment to delivering work on time at a
high standard.

What are your weaknesses?

One of my weakness is that I often find myself scrutinizing my work to ensure


it meets the highest standards, which can sometimes lead to spending more
time than on a necessary a task. To address this, I'm setting specific time
limits for different tasks, to allocate my energy more effectively

What can you contribute to the company?


I guaranteed to provide my commitment, passion and dedication to the duties
that would be given to me. I will contribute my acquired knowledge and skills
for attaining your company's goal.

What is your expected salary?

Based on my research the basic salary in this industry falls within 10,000-
15,000 pesos monthly. While I'm open to discussing compensation further, my
current expectation is within the range of 10,000-15,000 too
