Operating Procedures for 360 Projection:

1. Power on all six projectors using the remote.


2. Switch on the sound system in the server room inside the netrack in the main theatre
room.
3. In the server area, start the left-side server and log in.
4. Open the Immersive Display client application; it will open and close automatically.
5. Click the server icon of the same software to check all six projectors are connected.
6. Open Immersive Display Player, press play, and set the screen to full. 360 will be live.
7. White closing the show, Shutdown the server first after closing all windows. Then turnoff
sound system and then turn off all projectors using the remote.

Please note any procedural mistake can lead to malfunctioning of the 360 and ensure
that only qualified operators must operate the system.

Important : Do not browse or install any other software without written permission from
the system manager.

Operating Procedures for Map Projection:

1. Power on all four projectors and one main projector at the theater and two TV touch
units using the remote.
2. In the server area, start the right-side server and log in.
3. Open the Immersive Display client application; it will open and close automatically.
4. Click the server icon of the same software to verify all four projectors are connected.
5. Open Immersive Display Player, press play, and set the screen to full.
6. Shutdown the server first after closing all windows. Then turnoff sound system and then
turn off all projectors using the remote.
7. Please note any procedural mistake can lead to malfunctioning of the 360 and ensure
that only qualified operators must operate the system.

Operating Procedures for Theatre Projection:

1. Power on all four mapping area projectors and the main theatre projector using the
remote.
2. In the server area, start the right-side server and log in.
3. Open any video player on the system and cast the extra screen to the main projector for
playback.
4. Shutdown the server first after closing all windows. Then turnoff sound system and then
turn off all projectors using the remote.

Note: The same server is used for mapping, theatre, and holographic display control.
Operating Procedures for 3D Holographic Display:

1. Use the manual switch to lift the entire unit next to the theatre screen using the hydraulic
lift mechanism.
2. Turn on the switch for all 36 units with network connectivity. Wait 5-10 minutes for all
units to connect.
○ If some fan units fail to connect, restart them.
3. Once powered, connect to the first server to verify that 30+ fans are connected.
4. Use the play button to start the display inside the application Spindisplay after
connecting Spingdisplay in the network area. Sound is connected through the bluetooth
attached with the system.
5. Power off should be done using software and physically power can be turned off.
6. Using Hydraulic lift system units to be brought it down every day before closing.

Note:

● Ensure all fans are properly positioned before starting.


● Only trained operators should handle the system.
● Visitors must not throw materials at the units to avoid catastrophic damage, for which the
company is not liable.
