    1. That I shall give no cause whatsoever for any complaint while in the premises.
    2. That I shall be responsible for repair of all damages of any kind which may occur through
    me during the period of my tenancy in the said premises.
    3. That I agree to keep good sanitation of my apartment and cleaning of yard in co-
    operation with co-tenant as may be agree upon among ourselves.
    4. That I shall pay for any point of Electricity used by me during my stay.
    5. That the property will be strictly used for residential purposes (not for commercial use).
    6. That if I fail to pay the rent as at when due OR should I at any time fail to fulfill the terms
    of this agreement I should be quitted from said premises.
    7. That in case of failure to pay rent as stated in paragraph (2) above I agree to take the one
    month as a notice with a grace of more 2 months’ notice and the landlord is fully
    empowered to take out my properties.
    8. That I agree not to sublet my apartment or any part thereof to anybody without the
    consent of the landlord.
    9. Joining hand to occupy an apartment OR overcrowded in the space occupied by me
    (Mr./Mrs.) ……………………………………………………….. is Not permitted.
    10. That I agree to give up possession of my apartment voluntarily on 2 months’ notice, if
    and when the landlord requires the place for personal use.
    11. That the rent is payable a year in advance and is to be tendered at the above address.
