    INTRODUCTION

    Hi Good Morning, I am speaking with Mr.____. Hi ______ My name is TARANA


    SHARMA and I am calling from ( University Name) e.g- Jain University Online .
    How are you today? Actually I got your application for our online ____ program.
    PROFILING
    Before I brief you about the program, May I know about your education
    background and qualification? (check eligibility) Ask graduation completion year
    and marks. What are your expectations from this particular program and what’s
    your future goal.

    ACCREDITATION & PROGRAM OVERVIEW

    Let me tell you about the program, this program is 2/3 year program and total 4/6
    semester. If you talk about accreditation, this is Entitled by UGC and DEB,
    AICTE approved program, We are NAAC A+ accredited which make this degree
    equivalent to a regular degree. Apart from this we are globally accrediated with
    WASC(Western Association of Schools and Colleges)
    WES(World Education Services), So we are globally accrediated
    which makes this degree valid into the foreign country as well. If in case
    you are planning for Job,PR,Foreign study in that case this degree will
    be valid and approved.
    (Note: Accreditations change for all the universities)

    Apart from this mode of learning will be online, all your classes will be
    online through our own Learning Management System (LMS). Wherein
    the delivery of the classes is student centric and the classes are
    interactive. You will have 2 main source of learning. One is the lectures
    that are pre-recorded and Second is the study material which is
    uploaded.
    You need to go ahead on daily basis for minimum 1 hour or 4 hours on
    weekends minimum to learn. You must also test your knowledge by
    doing the assignments. There will be live classes as well, so in a week
    there will be 1 or 2 live classes, can be more than that, that’s totally
    depends on doubts and requirements.To make class more interactive we
    use Flipped classroom methodology in which you just need to go
    through with E-Tutorials and E-Content before the live class and then in
    live class you can clear all your doubts & discuss on that forum after that
    u can do a self-evaluation as well.

    EXAMINATION
    Examinations will at the end of every semester. You can attempt the
    exams right from your home because all your exams are conducted
    online, under the supervision of web proctor .All that you require a
    Laptop/Desktop with good internet connectivity and a functioning web
    camera.
    SUPPORT

    In case you have any doubt you will be conveying that doubt to your
    SRM and they will be resolving it within 24 to 48 hour.

    DEGREE/CERTIFICATION
    If the course is in collaboration inform his about certification as well.
    BENEFITS

    Apart from this there are certain benefits in the program -


    You will be eligible for additional certificates - (If University is
    providing additional certificate) . These are the skills which is required
    in our day to day job life. That’s the reason we are providing you these
    additional certificates.
    Plus you will be building your own portfolio while working on real

    you with Resume building session so that you can make your resume as
    per industry requirement this session and will also help you to Interview
    Handling Skills session so that you can prepare for interview this session
    and finally will help you with Mock interview sessions.So that you can
    finally ready for the Virtual Job Fair.
    Virtual Job fair we do arrange on frequent basis. Placement will be
    through a virtual job fair university organizing a virtual job fair where n
    numbers of companies are participating. We have (No of hiring partners
    of university) hiring partners. If you got selected you will get offer letter
    on same day.

    That is very long time but if you enroll within 2 days I am having 1
    scholarship for which you will be eligible.(if there's scholarship)
    I am not sure after 2 days this scholarship will be available or not and I
    am not sure about seats as well. Whether after 2 days seats will be
    available or not. So scholarship is there(if any), so if I include this
    scholarship then it will total cost you _____ Per sem ____ Per Year

    May I know why you need this much time, I think the research and
    everything which require from your side it can be done in a day.
    Yes I totally understand your concern but if money is the issue then
    you can opt for EMI option.
