th e C o m p lex .

u s ef u l life o f th e C o m p le x; (iii) m inim ize C o m p lex d o w n tim e a n d d is ru p tio n ; (iv ) m in im ize
C o m p lex a n d c a p a c ity d eg ra d a tio n ; (v) d e c re a s e th e p o s s ib ility o f d e fa u lt u n d er th e

o th er p ers o n n e l a s a re re q u ired to p erfo rm th e S erv ic es . S u c h p e rs o n n el s h a ll b e
ex p erien c ed a n d c o m p eten t in th e d u ties to w h ic h th e y a re a s s ig n ed .

rea s o n ab le fo r th e p u rs u it o f a n y c la im it m a y h a v e a g a in s t th e G o u rm e t.

15. Warranties
In th e c o n tex t o f th e G e n te c h 's ro le a s a n o p era tio n an d m a in ten a n c e c o n tra c to r, th e
G e n te c h s h a ll n o tif y th e G o u rm et a s s o o n a s rea s o na b ly p ra c tic a b le o f a n y m ate ria l
d e fe c t o r d efic ie n c y in th e C o m p lex d is c o ve red b y th e G e n te c h re g a rd les s o f w h e th e r th e
G e n te c h b eliev es th a t s u c h d ef ec t o r d e fic ien c y m a y b e th e s u b jec t o f a w a rra n ty c la im .
W h ile G E N T E C H w ill b e re s p o n s ib le fo r a n y b rea k d o w n a n d w ill b e a r th e m a in te n a n c e
c o s t. T h e G e n te c h s h a ll rea s o n a b ly a s s is t th e G o u rm e t in a n y c la im s a g a in s t a n y
in s u ra n c e c a rrie r fo r p a ym en ts o f c la im s , lia b ilitie s o r lo s s es in c o n n ec tio n w ith th e
C o m p lex o r o p e ra tio n s c o ve re d b y s u c h in s u ra n c e .

16. Emergency
In th e ev en t o f a n E m erg e n c y, th e G en tec h s h a ll:
