Program Description In developing the DepEd policies and guidelines, teachers and
school heads must undergo several seminar trainings and
workshops in order to ensure the quality of education to be given
to learners. Balliao teaching staff support the programs of DepEd
by enhancing, acquiring, and applying the designed program that
can help them to improve their teaching profession on various
skills such Preparation of Contextualized IM’s, Inter-Active Quiz,
ICT and LIS, School Canteen Management and Liquidation and
Mid-year Review and Assessment of IPCR/OPCR.

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 029 s. 2021 titled School Calendar of Activities for School
Year 2021-2022, the schedule for the five-day Mid-Year In-Service Training (INSET) shall
be on January 31, 2022, and February 2-5,2022. This training aims to capacitate the school
heads and teachers on the implementation of educational programs, projects and activities, as
well as to review the performance of the school and its staff.
5. Expenses relative to the School In-Service Training shall be charged against the local funds
to cover training supplies and materials, meals and snacks, administrative cost, and other
incidental expenses subject to the usual accounting procedures.
