PROJECTS WORKED
▪ Quote to Cash Bots (Billing Bots): The project involved automation of Salesforce Applications through the API (SOQL
Queries) and retrieving the information from the SFDC and navigating to the Oracle screens to validate the information.
Based on the Business rules, Bot will solve the SFDC cases. Ex: Purchase Order Bot, Invoice Soft Copy Bot, Payment
Receipt Bot, and Billing Contact Change Bot
▪ Jira Application Automation - The bot will be monitoring Jira Application 24/7 and whenever a ticket is created by the
users, Bot will take care of triaging by assigning the ticket to the corresponding team, updating all the required fields, and
will provide acknowledgment to the user. In addition to the above functionality, Bot will be monitoring the Severity 1 &
Priority tickets within the application. Whenever severity tickets are raised, Bot will communicate the information to the
corresponding support team members over the Phone call with the ticket details.
▪ Supplier Creation Bot – This project involved monitoring of Service Now (Through API’s) tickets for the Supplier
Creation tickets and getting the required information from the ticket and navigate to the Oracle to create the Supplier.
▪ Supplier Audit Report – This project was web-based and excel-based application where the BOT downloads all
required Input files from Oracle to local, post that login to Oracle and start doing Auditing for various fields in the oracle
screens.
