As you are aware that the CBSE is committed to declare the result of the Examination in time and I
solicit your co-operation to uphold our commitment in the interest of students. You are requested to
report for evaluation to the respective HE at 08:00 AM or as per the time decided by the Head
Examiner daily till completion of the evaluation work.
You are advised to devote minimum 8 hrs for evaluation of minimum required no. of Ans. Books per
day and carry out the work as per SPOT EVALUATION GUIDELINES. The evaluation of the Answer
Books must be carried out strictly as per value point given in the marking scheme of that subject.

It is to bring to your notice that it is mandatory for teachers to accept the assignment allotted by the
CBSE. However, if your ward or near relative is appearing for the above said examination, you are
not eligible for appointment and hence the same may be brought to the notice of Head Examiner.
You are therefore requested to extend your co-operation in the successful completion of the
evaluation work of Exam 2024(MAIN) as per schedule mentioned above.
