APPLICATIONS:
If owner doesn’t want to see big expansion joint profile at the surface, this profile can be used for seismic
expansion joint. This system can divide two part of expansion joint with middle aluminum plate. Only small
inserts are visible. Granite or other finishing material will be applied at the middle plate with suitable epoxy
mortar. This system is suitable for only pedestrian loads and also middle covering material can be cracked if
the installer doesn’t apply installation instructions.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

 Do not install if the joint’s anticipated movement will exceed the system’s movement range.
 Deliver product in each manufacturer’s original, intact, labeled containers. Protect the work area with
appropriate plastic sheeting.
 Store all components in a clean, dry and off the ground location to protect from weather and
construction activities.
 Do not use for external locations, which require watertight expansion joint system. Contact Master
Builders Solutions for recommendations.
 Periodically inspect the installed material and repair localized areas as needed. Inspect for loose
components and/or hardware, repair as necessary. Consult Master Builders Solutions representative
for additional information.
