are in a stable state while in the ward and that any complication arising is promptly

Managing the different conditions of the patients by utilizing the nursing care plan
through assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the plan of care.

patients with chronic conditions which can be managed while at home and on
healthy lifestyle.
Administering medications through the different routes such as oral, intravenous
and sublingual and also documenting in the patients’ files.

to ensure they receive quality care.
Guiding the junior nurses and the student nurses in performing procedures the
ideal way and providing quality nursing care.
Reporting any adverse reactions to medications in accordance with the policy
regarding drug administration by a licensed registered nurse.
Performing nursing procedures such as wound dressing, nasogastric tube feeding
and urinary catheter insertion.
