Dear Sir/ Madam,

I, JEFFERSON ABESAMIS ARANETA, a Filipino citizen with Philippine Passport Number


P1529008B, hereby formally request a short-term visiting visa to Japan. The reason for my
request is to see my fiancée, KATSUMI DIANNE FURUYA, who is currently employed and resides
in Kanagawa Ken, Yamato Shi, Chuo 2 Chome 14-12 201, Japan, and to engage in noteworthy
personal and cultural experiences while there.

The main reason of visit is to see my fiancée, Katsumi Dianne Furuya, with whom I have
maintained a long-distance relationship for a significant amount of time. Our relationship holds
a great importance for both of us, and this visit offers a crucial chance to strengthen our bond
and make plans for our future together. Moreover, we eagerly anticipate our upcoming
wedding, which we plan to celebrate in Japan. The time apart has been difficult, but this visit
will enable us to catch up in person, spend quality time together, and make necessary
preparations for our wedding.

Beyond the personal significance, this visit is important because it will be my first-time
exploring Japan with her. I have long been amazed by the Japan’s rich cultural heritage, its
historical landmarks, and its stunning landscapes. My fiancée and I wish to immerse ourselves
in Japanese culture together. This experience will be invaluable for both personal enrichment
and fostering a greater appreciation and respect for Japanese culture as we move forward in
our lives together.

As for my scheduled travel date, I planned to arrive in Japan on August 19, 2024. With regard
to my stay and travel expenses in Japan, our friend, AIKO TAIRAKU, will be my guarantor. She
will be responsible for all of the travel expenses, and other necessary financial support during
my stay. I will be staying at my fiancée residence located at 242-0021 Kanagawa Ken Yamato
Shi Chuo 2Chome 14-12 201.

Enclosed with this letter are documents that are necessary to my visa application, and my
intent to return to the Philippines following my visit. Moreover, I will attach other necessary
documents to support my visiting visa application to Japan. I assure you of my commitment to
adhere to all visa requirements and respect the laws of Japan during my stay.
