Congratulations!

Your ward has been allotted a seat in class NURSERY for the session 2025-2026

We are thankful to you for placing your trust in us for your ward's educational
needs.

You are requested to visit the Main school Office on 3 rd February 2025 at
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to complete the admission formalities, failing which
your ward's candidature shall stand cancelled.

Kindly bring the following documents (original & photocopy) at the


time of verification

● 2 recent passport size photographs of the child.


● 2 recent passport size photographs of the child with parents.

● Parents Certificate (Enclosed)


● Affidavit (Enclosed)
● Computer Generated Form (download from school website).
● Original Date of Birth Certificate
● Parents (Mother and Father) Highest Qualification Original & Zerox
● Residence Proof
● Aadhar Card
● Proof of Sibling or Staff (If Applicable)
● ITR
● VACCINATION CARD (Original & Zerox)

It is mandatory for at least one of the parents to come for


completion of admission formalities.

AFFIDAVIT ON STAMP PAPER OF RS. 50/-

This affidavit should be duly attested by a Magistrate/Notary Public in case of


self attestation, a passport size photograph of parent with proof (photocopy
of pan Card/ Driving License/ Passport) is required.

CERTIFICATE FOR PARENTS


I/We hereby certify that the information provided by me/us is correct and
I/We understand that if the information is found to be incorrect or false, the
ward shall be automatically debarred from selection/ admission process
without any correspondence in this regard. I/We also understand that the
application/ registration does not guarantee admission to my/our ward. I we
accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and will abide by
the decision taken by the school authorities.

School admission fee once paid is not refundable. Further I/We understand
that my admission is provisional till physical verification of the documents by
the admission committee, failing which the admission will be cancelled.

I/We will attach original birth certificate from the municipal corporation with
the registration from to support the given particulars. It is in our knowledge
that this certificate will not be returned. Date of birth once registered will not
be changed under any circumstances. Spelling of names (application, father,
mother or guardian) entered in admission form may be changed upon
written request.
